The General Sales Manager Sales Mr. Bendor, Sales Representative Marcus and Finance Department are absolutely unprofessional, underhanded and incompetent. We purchased a Volkswagen Jetta 2026 for $23,000, and within the first month, the car was already falling apart. From day one, it has had ongoing issues: the trunk doesn't close properly, the tail lights are loose, and the interior glasses console clip was never fixed. On top of that, the engine warning and caution lights continue to come on, even after multiple attempts to have the car repaired. We brought the car back several times to address these problems, but nothing has been properly resolved. The first time, we arrived at the scheduled time to pick up a loaner vehicle, only to find out the manager had already left and failed to leave the keys. That was a completely wasted trip. The second time, we were left waiting for over an hour, only to be given a loaner car that did not feel safe or secure to drive. When we finally returned to pick up our vehicle, the staff kept us waiting while they laughed and joked among themselves. Once we got the car back, the same issues remained--the caution light was still on, the trunk was still not fixed correctly, and the interior console was untouched. We were told the part wasn't in stock, yet later learned that it actually was, they simply chose not to replace it. We have only had this car for 30 days, and it has already spent a full week back in the shop for repairs that were never properly completed. The staff have been consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and incompetent. This car was meant to be my daughter's first car, and the experience has been heartbreaking. She has been in tears over the stress and disappointment, and the vehicle is still not fixed as promised. We were even informed that the car may have been in a prior accident that was never disclosed. This has been an absolute nightmare. We feel completely deceived and misled, and we are now pursuing returning the vehicle as a lemon. After the fact, we learned that Wallace Hyundai has a poor reputation. Even a tow truck driver mentioned that he frequently picks up vehicles from customers having issues with this dealership and described their service as consistently problematic. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress, time, and money, go somewhere else.

I called for an appt to see if they could look at my hitch and the play I thought was in it. They…read morescheduled me in for 9:30 the next day. Well later that day, my husband got a call from work,(he works nightshift) telling him that he would need to stay late because they were getting a truck in late. So, I called them back asking if they could fit me in later and they got me in at 11:30 am instead with no hassle. I brought my truck in. Since this is not my area of knowledge, I had hubby explain ahead of time what the issue was. When I got there, they went over it with me. I sat down in their 2 seater lobby and waited til they were done. Which was in less than 15 min. The gentleman came in and explained to me that the play was normal and nothing needed to be fixed or replaced; but did need to be greased more often. He did not try to sell me anything. He didnt act or treat me like ,sadly most men in men oriented businesses do, an idiot or dumb female. He was very respectful. One of the other associates came out and showed me where the hitch needed to be greased and told me how often. He told me what he used and a few other products that would work as well, but never once tried to sell me anything. When I asked how much I owed them, he said nothing at all. Which surprised me, because nowadays, everything costs you. What I really liked and appreciated was that the associate took the time to let me know that my front tires looked like they needed to be replaced. I had already knew this. But most businesses, if its not their product, dont bother to take notice. I would definitely recommend this business just based on the customer service I was provided. If they take that much pride in something so small, can you imagine how well they take care of something bigger.
