Greens are a little slower for the area but can be considered a nice calmer way of playing than usual. However the cart I was given had a defect whether it wasn't charged or it was a poor cart. Asked the manager for a new cart and instead of getting one the manager rode around in our cart and convinced us it was fine...it wasn't. Instead of a normal card speed of 12-15 mph it was around 5 the slow speed was a constant annoyance. I found it weird he didn't give us a new cart considering it wasn't busy. Other than that poor customer service the course it self was great. Would recommend to others but hopefully anyone who goes there gets a good cart because if you don't you can't switch for whatever reason.

Seriously good, lots of toppings, some funky combos. Even for a snack, the buttery garlic knots - yum! BEER - Usually 4-5 on tap and a cooler FULL of variety, MI / local microbrews to yer Bud Light. I've always felt welcome just to stop for a beer or a bite, no golfing required. BUT, it's fun to hit a bucket of balls or golf the very approachable 9 hole course. The course was in the worst condition of any course I have played. At noon, on a Saturday in…read moreAugust, the only maintenance that had been done recently was mowing the greens and they were wet and did not have fresh cups cut. The fairways might have been mowed at some time in the last week. The roughs and tees hadn't been mowed for several weeks and the rough was so long in places that you had trouble locating your ball much less playing it out of the crabgrass and clover. There were areas around the greens where the rough was 6-8" long. The tee markers hadn't been moved in weeks and the tees were full of divots in 3-4" long grass and some of the back tees didn't even have turf. There were numerous areas that were saturated due to irrigation system leaks. It's a great design but due to years of neglect it is not a quality course to play.
