I did an internet search and found Goodman Land Surveying. I spoke to Brittnee and John. They said a full survey may not be needed but to try using what they found online which I was unable to. From what was sent, it should work saving this client thousands of dollars. When asked what I owe them for the work, John commented "absolutely Zero, Ill have Brittnee email it over shortly". After reaching out to the APS team, they responded back to us within 24 hours letting us know they were backed up with project requests but that they had availability to start looking at our project in a few weeks. And just like they promised, they came back a few weeks later with a proposal on the work with a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
