Archie can be quite difficult as he does not like to be brushed etc... However, Lynette is such a proffesional and experienced person in what she does I have no worries leaving him with her. Our dog stayed with Allywags for a week while we went on holiday. She had some knots in her coat at…read morethe time so we asked Ally to trim her back as they apparently offered a "professional grooming service". When we picked her up my wife and I were in total shock as our dog looked nothing like what she used to. Ally had sheared her from head to toe, whiskers and all. It wasn't a consistent length either, not even on her head. She had tufts of longer hair on one side of her nose and on top of her head, she looked like a stray that was recovering from mange!! To rub salt in the wound we were charged nearly double what our regular groomer charges! I think allywags offer a decent service when it comes to looking after your dog, however, they should absolutely not offer or advertise a professional grooming service. Our dogs hair will grow back so it is not the end of the world, however, I am very upset about her whiskers being cut to 1 cm in length. This is unacceptable to me and something that our usual "professional" groomers would never do. Ally please stop offering a grooming service
