I could honestly say this is by far the worst place one could go to get treatment I was seen by Dr. Dechter, I have never met more arrogant and careless doctor honestly one having to advocate, prove they are in pain. Dr. K on the other hand was just as bad if not worse. He seen me 3 times before surgery, the second visit was to determine surgery was the best choice sent me to get blood drawn failed to fill out forms. You can call the office and honestly you'll die waiting for an answer. They have about 4 or 5 receptionist who would much rather flirt with interpreters rather than answer phones and treat patients. Honestly the WORST. 0STARS. If you are latino be ready to be ignored and seen as a joke. read more

If you want to deal with a lot of very arrogant snobby people then schedule an appointment with these folks. The reception staff is almost annoyed to have to help anyone that walks through the door. Also Dr. K is very short and arrogant. It was an overall horrible experience to visit this doctors office. What ever happened to the customer service aspect of businesses?? I only gave this guy a star because I had to so I could write this review. Dr. Kontogianis was the doctor who did surgery on my right hand. He is THE worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. I have never been treated so badly. From the very first appointment he was 45 minutes late but there was only one other patient I saw there. He looked at my hand for one second and said yes I needed surgery but told me I had to apply for L&I even though I told him it wasn't work related. He finally did my surgery 3 months ago and the follow up was horrible. He made me wait an hour in the room, this was after I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room. He slammed the door open and left it open, told me to open and close my hand. I said my hand feels worse than before and it was painful. He said it would take a few months to heal and walked out. It was a total of 5 minutes. I cry every day thinking this man has destroyed my hand. Please do not go to this man. How can a doctor be so evil? I have read other reviews on other sites too and they also said he was horrible. He has mutilated my hand and it will never be the same. read more

I went to Benton Franklin Orthopedic for an ankle surgery and follow up. I had a very rare break of my ankle that required a plate and pins. I was very disappointed with my experience. My doctor, Dr. Kontogianis, had horrible bed side manner and was also very short with me every visit. At one point during a visit he stated, "have you been doing physical therapy?" to which I replied, "No, you haven't recommended that I go." He then shrugged his shoulders and stated "oh well, it's probably too late now." I am only 26 and still do not have full movement back in my ankle and the surgery was over a year ago. I also had an issue when I was given a walking boot. I was put in a men's size large walking boot and wear a women's size 8 shoe. read more

Wish I read the review before going there. WORST experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't even get to doctor the rude lady at the desk dismissed me. She was more concern with paper work then the care of my father. Rude, snobby, unhelpful and damaging to my fathers care. I will would do anything possible to get care some where else. I fractured my Fibula and went here for a follow up from the ER. I saw Dr. Phipps and she was horrible. The medical assistant brought me back with zero personality and took me into the exam room, leaving the door open with NO privacy. Dr. Phipps walked in, left the door open and said so how did you break your ankle? I said well the Dr. at the ER said I broke my leg, not my ankle and she said, oh well whatever, its your fibula which is the bone in the leg but you broke it right next to the ankle. Her bedside manner was horrible and so was her Medical Assistant's. She didn't take off my splint from the ER and look at it, she just said so how swollen is it? She didn't even touch me, just said, well, come back in a week and we will get you in a boot. I said that's it? and she said yeah, until the swelling goes down we can't do anything. She would not give me pain meds, she didn't even go over the xrays with me or explain the fracture or anything. This office is horrible and I am requesting to go somewhere else. read more
