He was my conservator for 3 1:2 years until I found out that I suffer from a vitamin D deficiency and it caused me great pain mentally and physically. I am a special case and went 4 years without vitamin D and I could have gone blind or got kidney or throat cancer. Thank God I did not but have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis a life long chronic illness, kidney disease, permanent bone damage to both my ankles and knees where I need to have knee replacement surgery. Going to orthopedic today for ankle issues since I broke one of my ankles 3 times and at times now I can barely walk! Stay as far as you can away from this beyond lazy, incompetent and not a nice person at all. He had full estate over me and owes me over $200,000 for not conserving my assets also. I am in the process of suing bc unfortunately a surety bond was not taken out which seems illegal and at the very least unethical but I will SUE him for every penny that he owes in failing to do his job!
