To be fair, I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews although many seemed to be service center related. The only gripe I have is that we waited about a 1/2 hour while they "detailed" the car but once we received it, the inside was still dirty, there was a specific piece of hair still on the dash and the car smelled like smoke. I'm assuming that maybe only the outside was washed, so we'll have to detail the car ourselves. Nevertheless, it's no big deal as long as the car continues to run well.

Honda has a policy where they only fix "safety issues" for some reason they do not think my car falling apart in the wind and physically damaging other vehicles is a safety issue. they begrudgingly fixed it the first time after countless back and forth with their terrible "service specialist" and terrible management staff who couldn't care less about their customers. now its happened a second time after either failing to fix or install it properly or just straight up refuse to acknowledge this is a manufacturing defect that is a safety issue to me and other drivers. even though they recently fixed the issue themselves they now refuse to warranty the part or cover a portion of the cost. they do not sell quality vehicles. they do not provide any level of customer service. they do not stand behind the work they do to their vehicles and they do not care if your car is safe for you or the drivers around you. He doesn't even acknowledge me during my visit. Not one leadership quality was displayed from him during this moment. Given the fact this wasn't the first time I've experienced abhorrent service here, I'll be going to Streetsboro from here on out. At least they know how to treat their customers.

I brought out Atlas here for the first service. Although they were very busy and I did have to remind them what service I was there for, the staff were super patient and attentive. It did take longer than expected on our first service, but they were so busy it was to be expected. The staff were very accommodating and the waiting area is large enough you can get some work done or whatever while you wait. The very helpful woman mentioned when I brought my car back for the recall that I can try first thing when they open in the morning and it should go quicker. She was right - it took only an hour for them to get through the recall and also wash the car. They pulled it around and made sure I had everything I needed. It has been a long time since I received this level of service from a car dealership. Will be back :)

The finance guy wasn't super-aggressive trying to get you to buy things you don't want like tire plans, warranty etc...It' a business and they are going to ask. But a lot of dealers can be super annoying with this and keep pressing you to purchase something extra after you decline the offer. Those are the things that I find detract from the buying experience and process so I found the experience more pleasant than normal. No complaints.

We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer.
