We were coming up on our wedding and needed it to be finalized. She told me she would call at a certain time on multiple occasions and never called. When I finally managed to get her on the phone, she was knowledgeable and helpful but said "we have time." She forgot my wedding was less than 2 weeks away. Her drafting was sloppy, in the final version she left placeholders and highlights. She even left the last name of an old client in the document and interchangeably used he/her.
