Absolutely horrible, no communication, literally wasted the last year of my life, chasing unicorns with this law firm. Do not waste all your time. Definitely would not recommend to even my worst enemy. The amount of time and the lack of accountability therefore, is 100% ridiculous, simple answers to simple questions. They say they will call you back. get back to you help you with referral, etc. It just doesn't happen. They don't actually do that, months go by, you can call and leave multiple messages emails, etc. yet they are almost never returned, if they are, it's rarely in a timely manner... so until you finally call at the right hour that you can finally get a hold of somebody... yet it's usually somebody who's always just seems to be stepping out of a meeting... horrendous, horrendous, horrendous, huge waste of time, huge, huge, huge waste of time the professionalism is not there they always make references to things that aren't even associated with your case. Hence they kept saying they were needing time to do things such as reviewing the police report. The secret here is, there was no police report that the police never came out. Absolute joke. Very excellent Law Firm, they kept on the spot communication whether it was phone calls, text,s emails, and letters in the mail. We didn't have to go to court and I was ultimately pleased by Berg and Associates expertise. I was happy what we settled for. I would like to personally thank Ken Hepperle and Mari Disney whom worked on my case and kept in contact with. Also I know it does take time, I once took a college class in court procedures. I would like to say that everyone was very polite and professional. Though it took longer than I expected and I didn't get near what I anticipated I can say Delia was very caring and answered all my questions. Personally I would have been more aggressive especially with all the information that was available it should've been a clear cut case in my favor but I wasn't privy to conversations with the guilty parties insurance, the driver attempted to beat a red light, had no license, no insurance and left the scene but did return. I am very thankful to The Most High that I am still here but the injuries I sustained will be a lifelong battle. I know there are a lot of working parts and I feel that there was way too much negotiations going on with the guilty parties "miraculous" insurance but thank goodness I am a responsible driver and car owner and carried the correct insurance and for that my under insured motorist allowed me to receive a settlement one year and two months later. If you find yourself in need of an injury lawyer, do yourself a favor and get someone else. All this firm seemed to do was collaborate with the chiropractor to get themselves paid, while my own under insured motorist policy paid me a meager sum. After the chiro suddenly declared I was 'all better, my back was still causing pain and Berg suddenly wanted to close the case. They sent me their suggestion, I countered with a suggestion of at least 50k more on my end. They said not possible as the person that hit me was under insured for the 2 cars totaled & 4injured.Fastforward 2.5 years... Still in pain, problems walking and can't do 25% of the physical lifting etc that I used to do. This company is not interested in getting you fairly compensated for your property and discomfort. I would not recommend this office. I was in a car accident, in 2018. I had 4 to 5 people working on my case. It started off with 1 person, then it was handed to another person, so on and so forth. And each person that my case was handed to, would ask questions. And those questions were already asked by the previous person. Don't go with Berg. I was hit head on and the guy admitted 100% fault at the scene and it was on the police report, the insurance came up with like 4 different stories to try to make me at fault. The guy didn't yield to turn left at the green light as I was coming through the intersection he tried to make a fast left turn onto the freeway. I told berg that and they told me that this was a great case and I could get a lot of money, so they made me go to the chiropractor. I went for 6 months and you wouldn't believe the bill. It was most of the settlement and then they took their percentage out of course so I was left with little to none. My case got passed around to everybody, every time I talked to someone it was a different person. One of the ladies that was handling my case seemed like she was on the other persons side. I had to contact them to get any information on my case and every time I called it seemed like an issue even though it would be months later. It took almost 3 years for my case to close. It took almost a year for them to "work" on my rear end collision case, ( I was rear ended on the freeway and had to go to the hospital and get X-rays and go to a chiropractor, I was in a lot of pain and my neck was seriously hurt). After almost a year of them dragging their feet they finally called and said they couldn't handle my case! Now it's too late to find a REAL attorney and I'm going to be responsible for thousands of dollars in medical care! my broithers and i hired berg injury lawyers when my mother was killed in a ped vs vehicle accident. they started off great by sending a private investigator to my house and giving us all kinds of info. after we signed, everything went down hill. after we started getting deeper into the case and they relized it wasnt the cash cow they thought so they lost interest. my family wouldnt hear from them for months, so i got elected to call and get an update for the family. getting miranda (case manager) on the phone was a job in its self, and when i did she talked to me like i was wasting her time. the case is still on going and i decided to write this after i just got of the phone with her. the way she talks is like your stupid and a waste of time. so all and all maybe im writing this to soon but i dont really care about the case i never did my brother begged me to get on board so i did for the family. so facts are if you dont mind being in the dark with whats going on, being talked to like your a waste of time and stupid go for them. good stuff is they are lawyers that know the limits of what they can get you and they will shoot for the stars cuz the bigger your payday the bigger thiers will be read more
