Very very poor customer service, for my online order they did not give a delivery date and did not deliver by end of the week when I ordered on a Monday despite me telling them how important it was for my holiday to have it by Friday and I said I would pay more if it would guarantee delivery. now I have a big issue with lack of the safety equipment I ordered for my ski holiday. I found some great rock climbing equipment for cheaper than I had seen anywhere in the US. This order was placed over 7 weeks ago and has still not shipped! I have been in contact with them via e-mail for weeks and they said it was delayed because one product I ordered was on back order. I asked them to send my order immediately without the back ordered product, telling them they could ship it separately when it arrives or refund me for it. I ordered two pairs of boots for a trip a month in advance, advertised in stock. A week before the trip, no boots despite assertion they would be. Fairly slow dispatch, certainly not Amazon speeds.. However items all arrived as described, questions were answered in good time. Delivery came with tracking. Cheapest prices I've seen online for climbing gear. (Also if berg fest staff are reading this, put your address more clearly on your site, it builds your trust rating among potential customers and should improve sales!
