Updated review for the new ownership - even better!…read more I have been going to this practice for several years and have been treated by both Dr Twit (the old owner) and Dr West (the new owner). Aaron's made some great changes to the practice including upgraded equipment, now taking insurance, and exceptional talent in adjusting the spine (magic hands?). After my first 3 adjustments several years ago, I was able to bend over more than 30 degrees. In fact, I was able to reach down and touch my toes without pain. Quite a feat for a dude my size. (Full disclosure: I could do this before a recent onset of chronic back pain but it's been a few months). Pain and stiffness in my lower back subsides immediately after each adjustment and, over time, can go longer between adjustments. I have not been pressured - or even offered - to buy anything other than what I came in for. As a bonus, Dr West is extremely friendly and overall a good person. He cares about his patients and is fantastic at diagnosing and treating problem areas. So, if you're searching for a chiropractor, I'd suggest giving this place a ring. Brian quickly identified the root causes and corrected my posture within weeks. Not only has he fixed my shoulder issues, he also identified my long turn hip joint locking issue not on my radar at all. This takes longer to correct, but when it is eventually fixed, I do feel that my whole body comfort goes to another level. The reason I had chosen Dr. Yomtov was his more holistic view on chiropractic (besides chiropractic, he also practices acupuncture and PAK). It is not some crazy holistic medicine so I'm not wasting your time. It worked well for me when I first had it done and I was pleased to see the Hospital of Special Surgery, the Top Ranked orthopedic hospital in the country speak highly of ART. I am just surprised that very few people I talk to don't know what it is. What it is - is a soft tissue therapy. Sounds rather harmless, but warning, its not pleasant. But put up with 20 minutes of pain, and you'll feel a lot better. Dr. Stu wants to make you feel better in as few visits as possible - not the usual adjustments, pads, leave you for 20 minutes kaching kaching, see ya again next week and forever.
