So I did. Anastasia took me in and did an excellent job making me look good for family pics. If you are in a pinch and want a good haircut and conversation: Uncle Joe's. If you want to talk down about others while getting your hair cut you are probably better off going with the hipster dude in Shepherdstown.

I show up in the afternoon - Drew welcomed me. Great guy, good cut. But then when I go to pay I'm charged over ~$45 before I even tip.
