Over the four years I have practiced with her, my chronic back pain has disappeared and I have gained strong core muscles that support me in my everyday life. Songül mixes exercises from various body techniques (pilates, feldenkreis, yoga) and always comes up with new variations. Classes end with relaxation where Songül and her team come to each student and manually help muscles relax. The studio now also offers a weekly core yoga class taught in English, which has a stronger focus on vinyasa yoga - also called flow yoga.
