But the 2nd time, I had to wait until payday to order another bag, and there was plenty of time to get the food to me before I ran out. I ended up running out and had NOTHING to feed my dog for several days. I had to give him plain crackers and potatoes just to tie him over, and he was starving. Worst of all, I couldn't explain WHY I wasn't feeding him enough, and he thought he was being punished for something. Not only that, but they completely ignored me when I contacted them about taking so long to send it. Customer service, indeed. (Shaking my head.) Thankfully I found 2 other websites that sell the food, and so I NEVER have to order from these guys again. Buyer beware!!!!
