My low back and neck were pretty messed up. After several months of treatment, I now have days where I am completely pain free. It was a commitment, and Dr. Cartwright said I'd have good days and bad, but I feel much better. I also appreciate that this clinic does review x-rays to see the progress. Most chiropractors just keep adjusting and some even resort to just a typical adjustment that's not tailored to the needs of the patient. This is not the case at this office. I was confused why Dr. Cartwright asked so many questions during my consultation, but when he explained everything, all the pieces came together and made perfect sense. I haven't had a headache since my first adjustment in early January. Little by little that fog was lifted and happy, go lucky me has been returning. I've always had extremely painful menstrual cycles and would spend at least one day in bed every month, but now they are light and I experience very little cramping. I had previously seen two other chiropractors and was ready to write them off completely, but then read about Dr. Cartwright on his website and thought I'd give it one last shot. The good Doc proved to me that chiropractic care does work. Dr. Cartwright practices the Gonstead technique so he doesn't pop your back and send you out the door like a herd of cattle. He uses a tool to measure the heat along your spine in order to make precise adjustments. He takes time to listen, answer questions and offer suggestions. I've enjoyed not only feeling the results under his care, but also seeing the progress on the x-rays. It is obvious Dr. Cartwright loves his job and is passionate about helping others. I feel he truly cares about his patients and wants us to live happy, pain-free lives.

The place is very clean and bathroom is also kept clean. I wish they had is bottled water/refreshments for the ones waiting. There's no WiFi so I couldn't do work on my laptop. The only thing I don't like is the first come first serve situation. I've had to wait anywhere from 0- 60minutes. There are no appointments. The wall is super thin so everyone sitting in the lobby can hear all your personal body issues and conversations. The doctor is a young friendly lad, he's be dry blind but his other instincts and senses are all exceptional. He does great adjustments, he's friendly and thorough (good when it's you he's working on but if you're waiting it sucks). He is awesome with his hands and can feel where your body needs adjusting. I had a one sided back issue and he knew how to crack so many random places and he doesn't stop until you're feeling better. He couldn't really figure out my source of pain but he offered to send me to another provider, at least he's humbled by his limitations. Overall if you're looking for a nice chiropractor and don't mind the waiting at times, this is the place.

I had electric stimulus, a roller table, and the chiropractor on most visits. went from about 6 hours a month or more to about one hour a month and felt better than before. I have seen Marvin twice for events that he could not resolve and there was no charge. Marvin told me what was probably wrong and names of several good people to see here in Wichita Falls to get the problem resolved.
