I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. I was really excited with the outcome...at first quick glance. Communication was great (quick…read moreresponse) and they were timely and very kind and they vacuumed great. Unfortunately, there were several things that essentially ruined the experience for me. I got an internal only cleaning. First of all, the windshield (inside) was not wiped and honestly somehow looked worse than it did before I had this service. I had to clean it myself. Also, there is a large long scratch near my radio that was not there before. I'm scared to look too close anywhere else but there was even a clear visible line where the dust was not wiped on the dash. It just felt very incomplete. And the scratch is unacceptable. To top it off, there were outlines of soap residue (gosh I hope it's soap) on my driveway where the mats were cleaned. We tried washing them with water and scrubbing them and some came off but there are still visible white patches all over my black driveway now. Also, not as much of an impact on me but the company truck created a 3'x3' stain on the street of what I'm guessing is oil. Im glad that wasn't in my driveway. I am incredibly disappointed.
