However, the front desk staff is horrendous. They have poor attitudes, they're condescending, and totally lacking in empathy or compassion. No doubt they get those lovely soft skills from Dr. Rogers, who displays many of those same qualities.

Upon first going to see him, he gave me a blood test and had over 3 pages of results where I learned of a couple of allergies and one bad one. Also learned of some daily medicine need and everything else was fine. Why hadn't any previous doctors found any of this? Beats me. Office communications has been more difficult than l would like. However, the nurses sometimes have useful info or suggestions and are very friendly. This covers at least a 3 year period.

However, with only three doctors in the practice, it is always impossible to get an appointment that does not take more then a week. This location needs MORE family medicine/internal medicine physicians. I am also annoyed when I call to make an appointment and the scheduler assumes I am willing to see a nurse. No, my insurance co-pay is the same if I see a nurse or the doctor, so I want to see a doctor. While everyone I have encountered is always pleasant, there does not seem to be any sense of urgency for anything. It takes forever to receive a response for a phone call which is why I insist on speaking with someone when I call. While I do like the doctors at this practice, they either need to stop taking new patients or hire more physicians!
