La compañía no se hace responsable por no estar en garantia, pero pienso que la garantia esta para cubrir fallos en el buen uso del producto, esto es simplemente que lo instalaron mal. Solo pido que me den una costilla rota y yo mismo puedo instalarla, pero me quieren vender un paquete de todas las costillas con las patas (que estan como nuevas porque no se usaron).

Cuando les quité el foam, una tenía una pata totalmente rota e inservible y la otra con daños visibles. Cuando llamamos a servicio al cliente, me indicaron que no me ayudarían porque había pasado dos meses desde la compra. Estas sillas no me sirven de nada rotas y es una pérdida para Koper porque Estamos con casa nueva y tenemos que amueblarla completa. De ninguna manera volvemos a comprar en Koper porque sabemos que no podemos contar con ellos y recomendamos que eviten malos ratos y tampoco les compren.
