I live here people say it's a gated community no. It's not only one part is not the entire neighborhood but they were very rude.

The fanciest new neighborhood in town. Featuring a community pool and a gated garden community. The construction is solid. Reliable, on time, no cutting corners. Homes are large and there are still lots available lots for you to choose your own Floorplan. The neighborhood is on the pricey side. But it's in the best school district in town. I dislike the gated area. To me a gate just says "we're moneyed, come rob us sometime" Your friends will be annoyed to type in the code, and gates are ineffective at keeping criminals out. The neighborhood has an hoa or covenants. No privacy fences! Keeping the lawn trim and not painting your house garish purple I get. But some of the other things seem too much. I wanna live in a nice neighborhood in Stillwater, America not WW2 Germany or communist China. read more
