I spoke with Traci about Victoria handling two real estate transactions for me. After several phone conversations about the process and estimating costs, I emailed all the requested documentation. Then after some time, they stopped taking my calls and would not return my voicemails. I simply received an email that "Victoria was no longer comfortable handling this matter". It was very frustrating after spending the time going back and forth and jumping through hoops which turned out to be a waste of my time. I don't know why she was uncomfortable, perhaps she is not as experienced with real estate transactions as I was led to believe? I don't know. However, I certainly do NOT recommend using this office for any important matters.
