I always go to the same guy even though there are 2 or 3. He always tries to help me, even when they don't have what i need, he recommends me where to look around. Prices are not the best, i mean i can find the same stuff cheaper online, but, sometimes i just need things right away, and that's the big advantage here. Overall it's a good place to look for auto parts, with an extensive stock, regular price and friendly staff. Right, they don't accept Credit Cards, only EC and cash.

5 stars for the friendly and skilled employees and for their careful service…read more I was in Düsseldorf for vacation and today while driving, a large bolt-like thing got stuck to one of the tires of my rent-a-car and it started to bump a little bit while I drove. So, I quickly searched for an auto service place on my iPad and found this place. We drove there and parked in front of one of their service garages when we arrived. A guy that was working on a different car with some other guys came to my car and I showed him the bolt that was stuck on my tire. Then the guy lifted up my car, unscrewed the tire off, took the tire off the wheel, and inspected the other side of the tire where the bolt had gotten stuck; Every one of his actions were very careful and seemed very experienced and was friendly all along. Then he went to the back to work on the tire and came back out with the fixed tire in a few minutes and screwed it on my car. And when I asked for the price it was only 25 euros! It seemed cheap to me for such a great service because it always costs more in the USA for so-so service. It was a very satisfying experience and I would really recommend this place to everyone.
