They stock a large variety of up to date cards, small gifts and teddys. They also stock the me to you range of cards and teddies. All the staff are very helpfull. Unfortunately there is no disabled access due to there being a small entry door and a set of steps leading down into the shop.

While shopping I found them all a bit too intrusive and pushy, but was overall happy with my selections - except one jacket which just didn't work well when I got home. Due to the worst winter weather in 45years - I wasn't able to drive to North Berwick to return the item for 3weeks. We live in Morningside, Edinburgh & this is not an easy travel - particularly during severe winter weather warnings. So I was appalled that the owner herself would not allow a refund for this one piece! She snottily told me her strict policy was that she would only allow exchange of items after 2 weeks time. She would not make an exception - even in these extreme circumstances. Her finances must be tight indeed... but she is cheap to a fault. It is apparent that she does not value her customers nor does she care to invest in future purchases or word of mouth. I now have a gift voucher I've no intention of using - perhaps will donate it to a charity.

This is the only place locally to go for wool, buttons etc They also provide a handy sewing service where you can take items to get taken up or altered all at a very reasonable cost. Very helpfull friendly staff.
