Bespoke did an exceptional job explaining our estate options. We had them establish a trust and were very happy with their work.

I've also owned a number of manufacturing companies and have negotiated government contracts with the Federal Government and DOD. In my 65 years, this is the most unprofessional law firm with whom I have ever had dealings. The second worst firm does not even come close. If you asked me, "would I hire them knowing now what I know", the answer would be no. There are many competent attorneys in Myrtle Beach. Do yourself a favor, find one and hire them.

However, they do allow her to conduct illegal maneuvers that violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (assuming they know what she is doing). She has been representing our HOA for the last 2 years. However, she is not doing it legally or fairly. So she is setting herself and her law firm up for a lawsuit against them, and also our HOA and our Board members as well. She does not protect her client or do things in their best interest. Her fees seem ridiculously high, especially for this part of town and the country. Her ledgers and accounting are illegible or just plain inaccurate. So it is sketchy bookkeeping. I'm not even sure why I am even giving 2 stars? I guess it is because I haven't met or talked to the other attorneys in this law firm, and there may be a small chance they don't know what she is doing and are completely different. She added fees to my account for things she didn't do and isn't even allowed to do during this COVID period. She is not concerned about violating the rights of the homeowners. Apparently, word around town is that she is dishonest and unfair. I hope you do not have to deal with Ms. Saraniti in any capacity. The only thing that wins is Ms. Saraniti's pocketbook. And I certainly hope our HOA will look at changing law firms.

Buckle up for this one...long read. I've contemplated leaving this review since my divorce was…read morefinalized in November. This was not my law firm, but my exes.... In my opinion, this law firm is corrupt beyond belief. Kaitlyn Floyd is an absolutely immoral and unethical lawyer. What's even worse is she has the ability to work as a GAL. Someone who is supposed to protect and speak for the people too young and vulnerable to speak for themselves. That's a terrifying thought. Again, my opinion stands firm...children are the last thing they care about. I also stand behind this, you can be a great lawyer and still have ethics/ morals. I know this because I have encountered many great lawyers. Both Kaitlyn Floyd and Mrs. Joy Page (who once represented Jp miller if that tells you anything) not only helped my ex financially abuse the sole caregiver of our child (me, SAHM at the time), they helped write false affidavits, would call my lawyer with absurd lies such as "my client called and said his wife threw all his daughters' clothes on the lawn and screamed at him" when I would ask for dates and times of her accusations. Since I have cameras all over my home, there was never a response. It was all to keep us fighting and put money in her pocket. She postponed numerous trials and prolonged the process as much as she could. When my ex-husband and I finally spoke outside of lawyers, we then connected all of the lies that were told and came to an agreement. Kaitlyn Floyd was not happy about that, and the day of the 2nd BS hearing she tried to hold my contempt in, we agreed to turn it into a final hearing. After two years of trying to get a divorce, an at fault divorce with 3 inch binder of evidence and legal documentation at that....yet again, she tried to stall it. The judge (thankfully) was an out of county judge, and I believe she saw through her act. I was able to sign that day, but her client (my ex husband ) was forced to come back the next day and pay ANOTHER $2500 on top of missing work. He received numerous phone calls within 24 hrs demanding more payments as well. 30k in lawyer fees for me, months of my child being put in a position he should have never been in, and who was behind the scenes using someone's emotional vulnerability to her benefit? Indigo laws, Kaitlyn Floyd. Now let's get into her inappropriate actions as a lawyer. She asked my ex-husband out for drinks, she would flirt with him, and the topper....she sent him personalized gifts with his initials on them. Does that sound like an appropriate lawyer/client relationship? I have strongly considered filing a complaint with the bar about the unethical and quite frankly disgusting behavior. She takes advantage of her clients' emotional state to make money. Keeps you fighting in court and has zero regard for the children she puts in the path of her destruction. Before having experience with this law firm, I heard decent things about Brana Williams. I have good friends who swear by her. I had respect for the law firm because I respect the people who spoke positively about Brana as the owner. After all, I can respect an opposing party when they are acting in good faith. But there's NO way Brana Williams isn't aware of who she has working for her. For that, I have zero respect for this law firm. I hope not one of them sit in church on Sundays a praise the Lord with the way they conduct themselves. So if you want lawyers who will help you bury someone financially with no thought to the children. Go ahead, you would both deserve one another.

If I can save even one father from going through what I did, then writing this is worth it. One of…read morethe biggest regrets of my life was hiring Indigo Family Law. I understand every custody case is different, but I truly believe that if I had hired any other law firm, it would not have taken over 3 years just to get in front of a judge and fight to see my daughter. My case began with Ryan Stampfle, who turned out to be a nightmare. He has zero people skills and made things worse by recommending actions that actually hurt my case. Eventually, he stopped working on it and passed me off to Katlin Floyd and Brana, which only added to the frustration. Communication was awful -- I'd wait days or even a week just for a simple response. If you think they'll help you file motions or get you into court -- forget it. They refused to act. The only reason I even got into a courtroom is because my ex-wife agreed to sign a new agreement right before trial. I went along with it only because I had completely lost confidence in Katlin and Brana representing me at trial. I also sat through a deposition where both Katlin and Brana were vaping -- during the deposition -- something that was deeply unprofessional and incredibly embarrassing. The worst part? Katlin seemed to be best friends with my ex-wife's attorney. Instead of fighting for me, she constantly relied on "off the record conversations" instead of filing motions or taking real legal action. My case needed a fighter. I got people who just wanted to talk things out over coffee. This law firm has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and years of my life I will never get back. I just fired Indigo Family Law, and it was the best decision I've made in this entire process. If you're a father -- if you love your kids -- please do not hire Indigo Family Law. Read the negative reviews. I am not the only one who went through this. Learn from my experience, and save yourself the heartbreak and wasted time.
