Should have looked at the reviews, absolute SCAM. USD to Euro was displayed at 1.14. What they fail to point out or tell you before you hand your money over is that they take a 19.9% "Exchange Fee". Once the transaction is complete and you count your Euros, you find out quickly that you only receive roughly 68% of your initial dollars. They do not let you reverse it either, all transactions are final per the fine print on the window. Sad that a company like this is legally allowed to do what they do. However, you may be subjected to some commission and conversion fees. You should also convert some money before you leave your country. Consider the other options only in cases of necessity. Avoid this business at all costs they are criminals at best and how they get away with their acts of clear acts of theft is beyond me. I called into here early on 23 April 2016 to exchange some £ sterling. There were no monitors on so could not see the exchange rate. I exchanged £500 expecting at worse €600 as current exchange rate would give €640. At no point did the assistant tell me the exchange rate, he then processed the transaction and gave me a receipt for €471.55. I immediately said no and I wanted my money back to which he refused. To day I was mad was a understatement but he still would not move on giving me my money back. I will now be posting on every forum to expose the bad practice of this business.
