Hi bought a house from Andrew Best, in December of 2022. All appeared well.

Began the first of many occasions were water enters the property through the ensuite wall. Source unknown. This wall is soaking and it has escalated to the point the water cause puddles on the floor.
Later, the ongoing leaking of a window in the flat roof in the newly renovated living area. This is now a bucket underneath to catch dripping water.
The plumbing has led to kitchen flooding, via the pipes under the sink. I have no use of kitchen sink and dishwasher.
The guttering was not finished properly, with the lack of down spouting leading to water lying on my and my neighbours roof.
The back garden I was told would be completed to a better standard when the weather wasn't so cold.
This man refuses to respond in the appropriate manner. And has left me high and dry without a notion of honouring the unfinished and incomplete product he sold me. read more
