Beware of this business. I needed a window replacement for my Mercedes as it was broken into in my residential garage, and was told they could fix it. Their manager assured that the window they had ordered met "all manufacturer standards". Word for word from Helen, the manager over there. Come to find out following the replacement that the glass is not even the correct size for the vehicle! There is NO WAY that an incorrectly sized window "meets all manufacturer specifications" for my car, and the vehicle is still exposed to both wind noise and weather elements. When I notified them of this, they acknowledged that they made a mistake but told me that because they gave me a discounted price they cannot do anything about this. I did not receive what I paid for, and their refusal to work with me or make this right is unacceptable. Completely agree with the other negative reviews, they leave you no choice but to contact BBB and attempt to take legal action over something as simple as replacing a window. Will update this review if the business shows any sign of making this right. read more

They contacted me via yelp after I left a review. Sent the same guy to look at what I reported. He told me there was no way to make an OEM window fit for my vehicle and to "contact Helen and she will make it right". I contacted Helen and she informed me it would cost over $600 to replace I offered her to refund me for just the part she wasn't truthful about fitting on my car (no refund on labor) and she refused, citing the reason as she "gave me a discount" on the defective part in the first place. This is all ridiculous I would have paid almost whatever without them being shady from the start about meeting manufacturing specs. Wonderful experience getting my windshield replaced with eyesight calibration at a fair price. Helen was very responsive by e-mail and phone, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure my windshield glass was ordered and ready before I even called her back with final confirmation for my appointment. Helen was eager to offer their technicians to come out to me, which I would have done if I had a flat driveway. While parked at ABIA my windshield was struck and cracked. Got the usual, "We are not responsible for damages!". So, after getting yanked around by ABIA, APD and now my full coverage Insurance I hold so dearly for the last decade... I decided to take it on myself. Insurance wanted 500, Safelite wanted 380. Helen and Hector charged 189+ tax. So I went with them. Money talks and...well you get the idea. First off, Helen was friendly and was able to work me in at short notice. Secondly, Hector was right on time and very courteous. Didn't need anything but shade. Who can blame the man, it's hot! Anyways, I will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replaced. Oh, and to the lady that had such a horrible experience. If your windshield was damaged that bad, then what do you expect! Also, Hector stated not to remove the tape or wash the vehicle for 24 hours. I can drive it wherever I want... Very disappointing. Their technician came out to change my windshield, and while he was doing that, he seriously damaged the inside of my vehicle, resulting in over $3,500 of expenses. You would expect a serious and professional company to at least have an insurance policy to indemnify customers for their employee's negligent actions. Well, All Around Austin Auto Glass apparently does not. Their solution, is to avoid answering your calls and emails. Please do not hire them, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about providing decent customer service. read more

The price was good and service was fast, but the technician did spill some sort of adhesive all over my hood, front of the car, and concrete. Their solution was for me to drive 30 miles away so that their friend could attempt to buff out the adhesive. After several hours of buffing he was only able to restore part of the damage. Luckily for them, this is an older car so I didn't make a big deal about it, but it would have been nice if they made a better attempt to actually undo the damage caused by their technician. read more

Ya'll. For Real. They are awesome. When my husband commandeers my vehicle and I ride shotgun, I ride with my feet on the dash. Somehow, yesterday, I Iron-Manned my foot into the windshield and left a HUGE crack in it. (like basketball sized spiderweb). (Wow, the "big foot" jokes keep coming after all of these years....) Everything was great far as getting the info for a front windshield replacement on my vehicle. I didn't get the name but to whom I was communicating with via text to set up the appointment was great and even gave me a good price compared to another place plus a cash discount which was nice. It all seemed good until after the job was done. I left the car alone for the few days they said for curing time. When I went to inspect it, I noticed dirty A pillar covers. One of the clips is damaged for a not so secure fit now. And then the worst of it, there is about a 1.5in cut in my dash now. I'm a car enthusiast and detail my vehicle once a week and I'm sure I woulda noticed it prior but they denied it for the first response after I reached out to them to talk about the damage. Now they do not want to respond so I feel customer service is not their priority. I even asked if splitting the repair would be an option since I know someone that can patch it up. Nothing. These guys were great. I called to have them fix a chip in my windshield. I was at work, so They took all of my info over the phone on my lunch break. Then they drove out to my job the same day and repaired the chip while I was working. I left my car unlocked for them and - boom! When I went to my car at the end of my workday, it was like magic... I couldn't even tell there had been a chip in the glass. It was like it never happened. And the guy who repaired it locked my doors for me after he was done. Contacted All Around Auto Glass on a Sunday. Rainy weather was in the forecast and I was not looking forward to driving around with no windshield. I scheduled an appointment inside of 24 hours with the glass to fit my make and model vehicle. if you ever use these 2 guys to have a windshield resealed and the windshield is not broken but just leaking, they will tell you that you will need to have another windshield on standby just in case they break the one they are re sealing. nine times out of ten, they will break the windshield when trying to take it out to re seal it, now you have to pay for a new windshield.....that dont make any sense when other glass companies will usually cover the cost if they break the windshield be aware of this company, we will never use them again read more

Set up a same day appointment on a Saturday. He told me he would be at my house to perform the repairs between 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm; he showed up before 12:30 pm. There were 2 cracks/chips in my windshield. He filled them both and although you can still see one of the chips, he did guarantee his work with a lifetime warranty. read more
