They WON'T tell you to have work done unless it's a necessity & even then they still say it's up to you. Absolutely no pressure here!! If they suggest replacing something, it's normally because it NEEDS it. But they won't go replacing a part WITHOUT your authorization like other shops around do. Sometimes they can even give you a ball park time on how long something MAY last before it totally fails, which helps if you need to make it to next pay(or the one after that) before coughing up your hard earned dough. They have even told me NOT to replace some parts because they didn't need to be or because I was going to have other work done in a few months & it's be better to do it all then & save on labour costs. How cool is that. I've been going here for 20+ years & my son goes here now. I always recommend them over most places because they'll tell it how it is & will check if a part on your vehicle has ever been replaced by them as it could still be under warranty. I love hearing lifetime warranty as I've owned my vehicle for 12 year & plan to own it much longer. Your under car specialist doesn't describe all the things these guys can/will do. Go there FIRST, IF they can't do it they will usually recommend someone who can!
