Completely butchered my sons 1ST haircut. This experience was supposed to be an awesome one but was completely ruined. The lady was so rude to my son and refused to stop when he got upset. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! When we spoke to the manager he wanted my son to sit back in the chair after he was already balling his eyes out instead of offering a refund. I have been getting my hair cut here ever since they opened this shop in Quartz Hill. Nelson and his staff do a top notch job and the place is super welcoming and clean and organized. You never see a ton of hair left on the ground around the barber chairs. The staff is always going around and sweeps up every station to insure a clean and respectful appearance. They offer all the barber services that you would need to get looking your best. Make sure when you come to bring cash because that's the form of payment they accept. If you didn't or forgot it's all good cause Walgreens accross from the shop has a ATM you can hit up there to pay Nelson and his staff. Great quality of barbers working for him and you won't be disappointed especially if you want a proper fade. I have searched all over the AV for a good and proper barber shop and I'm super pleased I finally found one. Been coming here for 6 years now and will continue to unless he closes his shop. Just walked out with a piece of garbage haircut. The barber changed my part direction and after 5 minutes I had to correct him/her. At 5:20p I called and asked if I could take 3 kids to get haircuts if I'm there in 5 minutes (they close at 6) and the girl that answered responded, "that's pushing it, we already have 3 customers waiting". My fault for calling but last time I went at this time I was turned away and didn't want that same thing to happen again. I work until 5 and the kids don't get out of school and sports until 5. I just hate that they're never willing to take customers at 5:30, if their hours say close at 6. Just a suggestion, staff more heavily for closing. I took them to Best Barbershop off Palmdale the next day at 5:30p and the staff was so helpful! Sometimes it's about the response and the tone of the person representing your company. read more

Nice barber shop, lots of room, clean and professional. On holidays and back to school definitely a wait but not hrs long. The only negative is that there is a high turn around rate. We try to stick to the same people because I don't like trying new people and taking a chance with my son's hair lol would be 5 stars if the staff was consistent and not changing so much. read more

Nice and clean barbershop, I had my hair cut by Marissa. She talks to her clients which is great because normally you have barbers who are silent and it's kinda awkward. Second time visiting this barber shop. I have the side of my head shaved and was only charged $7 on my first visit. Second time was charged $16.
