Threatened to sue him, so he came out and reflashed it. Next year or so Dormer wall leaked in heavy rain, he never responded to my calls. I did a little repair, and seemed to get by. Down the road now maybe 6 plush years, and I'm finding out both the chimney and the dormer wall leak every single time we get heavy rain. Roofer is blowing me off and Better Business Bureau acts like they are beholden to crooks as usual. I got robbed and have no recourse. Metz Roofing is not stand up citizen. Run unless you want to buy a roof that leaks and pay someone else to do it over. The shiny spots are water running down the inside wall of my garage. Just below that area are my fuse boxes for the house. Entire wall leaks in heavy rain from one side of garage to the other. Roofer don't care, court house well let you take a week off work to pursue a small claims case maybe. RUN!

Metz did a roof for us in 2018. Very happy with the results then. During one of the wind storms,…read moreour big tree was cracked and it had fallen on the roof. We wanted Metz to come out and fix it. We called one week, left a message with someone who later claimed we didn't call. So then he made an appointment with us on a Saturday morning. Be there "sometime" in the morning he said. Never called, never showed. It really sucks when you waste your time with someone and they don't say what they are going to do. If you want good customer service, do not choose them!

Finding a good contractor is always a struggle. I can tell you from working with Warren for many…read moreyears at his Florida location that you would be in good hands with Roofs by Warren. Not only does Warren provide quality projects, but he is dependable, caring and trustworthy. Traits not often found by contractors. I live in a small town in southwest Florida that was destroyed by a devastating hurricane. Contractors from all over the country came flooding to Florida to make their millions, but most just came and destroyed peoples lives by taking their money and not completing or even starting the work they contracted for. I met Warren through an acquaintance and knew that working for him would allow me to keep my head raised high walking among neighbors, because he provided quality projects at a fair price and was well respected among his clients and the local building officials. We spent many years cleaning up this area and restoring peoples homes.. Not only did Warren provide his clients with exactly what he contracted for, he also worked hand in hand with code compliance helping people who were taken advantage of financially to get their homes and lives back in order. Human compassion is something rare to find these days in the construction industry. Don't take my word for it, just make the phone call for an estimate. You may just find that Roofs by Warren is the contractor you have been in search of.

Overall, I am very happy with the result of my project that included roofing, siding, and gutters…read more It was a big project with lots of moving parts and a few hiccups along the way. First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.
