Kelly and his crews replaced our aging front lawn while at the same time allowing an irrigation contractor to come in between stripping and laying the new sod to run their lines unimpeded. Used their services for couple years. All work was done on a great level. They did snow removal, spring clean up and helped to remove couple of big sprouting stumps from my backyard. Property always looked nice and neat after them. Do not hire this company. Their knowledge and work in the landscaping area is not good. When doing brick pavers or retaining walls nothing is level. Water lays on the bricks, the brick walls are crooked and the steps all have a different rise height which does not meet code. They used polymeric sand and applied it completely wrong. It all started coming out so I called the sand companies technical support and was told how it needs to be done. When we approached the owners of Best Bet to redo their work properly they only wanted to do a patch job. We paid them $26,000.00 for a brick paver deck in our yard and we have had to hire another company for $27600.00 to take out Best Bet Lawns work and redo the deck. So far Best Bet Lawn has not returned our money. We are asking for $20k back as we are willing to pay them for the landscape fabric and rocks they put in our garden. Even that was not done correctly. There are areas that weeds started to grow and when we pushed back the rocks, there is no fabric in some areas. There also dumped dirt in with the rocks so many areas need to be taken out and redone.
