If you can't buy a car any other way these folks will help you out. Your car will be equipped with the "Pass Time" system that requires you to call in and obtain a 9-digit code every time you make a payment. Don't make a payment and your car won't start, fair enough. They didn't fully explain the feature of the remote, however, and that left me hanging one weekend when I was going on vacation and forgot to call in and get my code (payment had been automatically deducted from my account). They videotape your purchase transaction as you sign forms so that they have documentation that they told you about all of the various fees and requirements. You will be required to buy "gap insurance" that pays them the difference between what is owing on your vehicle and what your primary insurance covers. I also had to buy a worthless maintenance insurance policy that I was never able to take advantage of. The car had a ruined back brake with a nail stuck in the brake line and wanted me to try to use the maintenance insurance to get it fixed.
