I did an exchange for a 77 inch LG 83 inch same TV LG The two of them were amazing. I can't say enough about them. Very professional, made things seemingly easy. Helped me setup my TV to the settings that I prefer. They were very nice. I wish I could pick them for everything but it's all AI generated. I purchased my TV at the Hulen store, which I don't want to give a review yet on that store yet. I want to leave this for Jason and John because they're were amazing. read more

Went to this location on 12/31/2025 as we needed to get a replacement for the built in Microwave we had. Spoke to Matthew, gave him the lowdown on what was going on, and he helped me out. Turns out we had an extended warranty from Best Buy on our old unit. However, we wanted to get a unit that was specifically a "Built In" unit, as home warranties do not cover countertop units. We wound up paying the difference, with Best Buy covering the installation. Now here is where it starts to get dicey. The installation and delivery would not be able to take place until 1/21/2026. So we go ahead, and fast forward to 1/21/2026 and nothing. No Microwave delivery. I called as they stated they would be here at 4:00 p.m. "Just give it until 5:00 p.m. As the window is from 1:00 to 5:00". We wait until 5:10 p.m. no delivery, so I call again. Woman on the other end states "We tried to reach you multiple times to reschedule but got no answer." Mind you, I am a former MP, and former Executive Protection Agent, I keep the phone right next to me, and answer ALL calls. Only texts were received throughout the day for this delivery was for a 4:00 p.m. Arrival. Then they just wanted to cancel the order. Stated I would go to the store and see what was going on. Matthew was at the store and stated that they were full of it, and probably were running late. He rescheduled for 01/23/26 between 11:00 and 3:00, and stated that I should get a call in regards to receiving a $200.00 gift card for all the inconvenience. Thanked him and went home. At 6:29 p.m. Best Buy called me and stated that Matthew messed up and the order would not be available until 1/26/26, which I would not agree to, as we had already been waiting over a month, and delivery dropped the ball, not I. Guy on the other end cancelled the order, after I stated that we should just cancel it, if they cannot honor their service. As our order had a complicated billing, I had to go back to the store to straighten everything out with the refund. Matthew was still apologetic and helpful. However, the way this company operates, is quite questionable. After leaving the store, I was able to get the exact model with delivery and installation on 1/23/26 from another retailer. Moral is, DO NOT purchase from Best Buy, unless they actually have the product in stock. If your able, I would then recommend you get someone to install for you who is not affiliated with Best Buy. They give all kinds of excuses, and Best Buy claims they are third party entities. Sorry, not sorry. Excuses are like rear ends, everyone has one. read more

I wanted to update my previous review to mention that I did receive my order via Next Day Air with a Tuesday delivery. Once again, the customer service I received was excellent. However, I believe there may have been some confusion regarding UPS weekend delivery -- it seems the associate may not have been aware that UPS does not deliver to certain areas on weekends. I'm still not entirely sure what happened, as I was expecting the order on Saturday but didn't receive it until Tuesday -- the day I was leaving out of town. read more

Staff was helpful and kind. I didn't shop around, I came to customer service to get what I purchased in Burleson, got it, and went on my way. I have reviewed this location before the store itself but this review is for Geek Squad. I cannot recommend the staff that work at this location enough. I walked in with my son's newly built computer. He had saved for months and used all but $3 to buy all the parts and pieces needed for a new gaming computer. He was DETERMINED to build it himself. Once completed, it didn't start. The look of defeat...I took it into the Hulen Location Best Buy Geek Squad. I was instantly helped and I told him the entire story. They called up a tech who took a peek at it. A few things my kid put on were "off" or put on incorrectly and they took the computer back...and repaired it in hours!! They went above and beyond to help my son with his new hobby. I got a call from the amazing tech and told me everything that was "fixed" or corrected. They made his computer ready! We have no reason to go anywhere else. The staff/techs are amazing and the look on the teens face when it was done....priceless! read more

The Geek Squad young man who came worked on one of the items on my list, but I didn't have the password we needed. He refused to work on any of the other items on my list. When he left, he reported the visit a success. Well, it was for him because he got paid for doing fifteen minutes and not resolving anything. I will never use the Geek Squad again. When we complained, the person in India to whom we spoke said they get paid if they step over the threshold into the home, whether the problem is resolved or any work is done. read more

Shane helped me really quickly and effectively with a problem I didn't think could be solved. S/n: I'm uncomfortable going to electronics/auto/home improvement depts, but I don't feel that way at this store. Shane approached me with a pleasant & upbeat tone of voice and listened to the issue I was having WITHOUT CUTTING ME OFF or attempting to finish my sentences. He asked questions to clarify, and he offered solutions (which, I am happy to report, worked). He treated my concern as valid, and he was respectful. I'm grateful for his help and time. Horrible customer service. Ordered a fridge 2 months ago and on the day that it was supposed to be delivered it never came. Now Best Buy is saying that it's still backordered and it's going to be an additional 2 months until we receive it. I was helping my son by pre-shopping for a high performance device for his business, and he is partial to Dell because of the reliability factor. On the first day of shopping, sales associate Blake expertly steered me in the right direction. After more research online and using the techy facts Blake shared, I knew he had recommended the perfect laptop and the price was spot on. On the next day of shopping, we were waited on by Edwin, who quickly and good-naturedly answered every question we had. Absentee employees won't answer phones. You can call and call. They have a maze of diversions to get you to an automated line. I called back five times navigating until holding for a live person. To no avail. They kept letting it ring and ring while I was waiting for a live person. No one answers the phone. I spent 45 minutes on hold. No one ever answers. I have had better customer service in former eastern bloc countries. read more

I do not recommend ANYONE use the online support for Geek Squad. They will will run a scan of your computer and then not be upfront about the processes or charges to get issues repaired . And when you become frustrated and ask for a refund (before you have ever received the service they are offering) they will lie saying they are processing a refund but will refuse to provide any proof that a refund has been processed or or that you ever spoke to someone about this refund. read more

Their return policy sucks and they only give you half the time most places give, even on non-electronic purchases. If you don't shop here frequently you wouldn't know until after you checked out. They have a tiered return policy, only people who spend a lot of money here can have the standard return window. Plus, when you walk into the store there's no one to help you. I wandered around for several minutes with no assistance. And now I can't even return the product I don't need. read more

Absolutely awful customer service on the phone. The online computer system does not direct calls appropriately and this week have been on hold 3 separate times for longer than 40 mins. Unable to get ahold of anyone, I have had to make multiple trips to the store for them to figure out what is wrong. Currently on my 3rd!!!!! Computer. Which was Brought brand new this week but they keep replacing it because it's "not working right.". We spent about $20,000 with Magnolia on new TVs, Sonos, and adding Wi-Fi boosters. After getting their money upfront (which I swear to never do again but thought they were credible), and leaving the install with Sonos not working, their interest in finishing the job to our satisfaction waned faster than ice cream on an August afternoon. From that point on it was a series of unreturned calls, people who made appointments and didn't show up, on and on, very unprofessional and shady but I guess getting typical these days. They also threw like a platoon of people at us instead of having a small team to work with, annoying. I can only hope with the turnover today if we ever go in there again all these knuckleheads will be gone. read more

The computer we urgently wanted for school wasn't in stock...no problem they say, we can have it order to the store very quickly and no worries data can be transferred in a couple of hours for free.... ...We return one week later to find out that the computer was actually in stock much earlier, and they didn't tell us. The data transfer would take 48 hours and for $140. We go 2 days later only to hear that...sorry but we couldn't transfer the data and have to send it to a very specialized office with state of the art equipment where they can do the transfer easily and by the way would cost at least $200. And perhaps you would like to buy a protection plan for your computer.... Forget it, I'll never go back to Best buy. They need to state real facts from start. read more

Here is a copy of the email I just sent to the store's overseers: I am currently on hold waiting for someone at the Best Buy store off Hulen in Fort Worth to answer the phone. I made an order and paid for it this morning from this store. - I can't view the status of the order from the webpage. It doesn't let me in with the information I entered. - I'm supposed to be able to come pick this up from the Hulen location... o I have received no emails o I cannot get anyone at the store to answer the phone. - I called the Hulen store, got in queue, at 40 minutes on hold I called on an additional line and let that run o The first line waited on hold for 1 hour, then said the store was currently closed and hung up o The second line is still holding at [50 - updated from 28] minutes so far [Also, I have a third call on hold that started 20 minutes ago] This has been absolutely typical of the customer service and support I have come to expect from Best Buy. I'm not just trying to be negative here. I'm telling you every time I have ever tried to call to find out anything I can't get people to answer the phone or it is not timely, like today. I made an appointment to have the battery replaced on my iPhone. Geek tech said it would be finished by the end of the day. A couple of hours later, Geek tech called to say there was a crack on the screen and I would need to buy a new screen for $150. I went back to the store to explain to the manager that there was no crack when the geek tech checked my phone in. I suggested that Best Buy should pay for the new screen since the crack occurred while the phone was in their care. We came to an agreement where we would split that cost. I was told it would be repaired in three days. Four days later the phone was still not repaired and Best Buy had no idea when the screen would be received from Apple. The Geek tech suggested it would take a month or two. I cancelled the repair and picked up the phone. read more

They charged me $140 to tell me that and to say they could not recover my data. Luckily I ran into a lady who recommended a local, whole in the wall computer store who managed to recover my data and fix my hard drive all for LESS than what Geek Squad fleeced me for. Buyer beware! As a box store, Best Buy is okay if you want cheap goods but with no service, style or attention to detail. Go local. read more

Well before my LAST visit to Best Buy I was not a fan but that will be my LAST Best Buy visit. Their customer service has gone from bad to straight down the toilet. I needed to return an item and after waiting in a long line where the one girl was working her butt off finally the boy that was chatting on the phone for close to 30 minutes finally decided to grace us with his presence. When I told him I needed to return something he immediately said driver's license in a very demanding tone. I questioned driver's license? I'm sorry but I'm not giving you my driver's license. Then he informed me that it was store policy and he would not accept my return without it. He said it's printed on your receipt, which it was. I'm sorry but if it's on the receipt then I never had the chance to accept or deny that policy. I told him to never mind about the return and I would keep this item to remind me that I will never give Best Buy any more of my business or money. With policies like this, it's no wonder they are going out of business. read more

Went in to get a hotspot for my construction project the young lady that waited on me was a delightful informative and caring employee. She took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and found the best solution for my needs. The device wanted they were out of so they got on the phone with another store confirmed it was available and sent a employee to get it form me while the young lady did my paper work. She kept me entertained with her story's of her and her son while we waited for the device iwhis her all the luck in the world and thank her for her kindness. I see a lot of bad reviews on here about service and although it took some time she got me taken care of without me having to run around town . I usually like shopping at Best Buy til now. The one person I talked to didn't listen. I went in to set up an appointment to have my 85 inch TV installed on the wall. I specifically ask that geek squad set up my installation and I paid for them to do the set up. The day came for my installation and a third party came out and he came out thinking it was a 55inch. I'm upset because the third party charge extra just to set up surround sound when geek squad doesn't, that's why I ask for geek squad. I did not get my install that day.
