    Really thankful for the geek squad and team members here specifically Deron. My router died and was within my total tech warranty and he returned it, gave me a store credit, and provided another router solution that was more cost effective. It was fast, calm and easy customer service and I really appreciate him taking care of my issue! Highly recommend total tech but also have been taken care of by the geek squad a few times now. It's a relief when the tech fails to have Best Buy on your side. The router was an asus and it was only a year old and it was much easier to work with them than the manufacturer.

    Absolutely an amazing experience!!!! I haven't been in Best Buy on Cobb Pkwy in over 3 years and was looking to just go in and grab my item and go. From the moment I walked in the whole experience was phenomenal I was greeted and ask what brings you in today? I told the guy I was coming to pick up a home phone made by Panasonic and the website is stating they have two in stock. Ms. Melody showed me to the area where the phones were located and asked if I needed anything else and let her know if should could assist me further. I purchased the phone for my 87 year old grandmother and left with a smile. Thank you Ms. Melody for your service with a smile great customer service!! As far as the value of the phone I'll have to wait and see what my grandmother thinks

    I knew I was going to buy a laptop the day I walked in Best Buy. However, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for but I knew I would know once I found what I was looking for. (Trust me, it made sense in my head) Lol As soon as I approached the laptop area I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Fabian. He walked me through the details of each laptop/tablet I found appealing and gave honest feedback on his recommendations based on my needs. He even suggested an Microsoft Office plan for my business needs. I left to try another store to see what options they had. Not only did they not have better options but the customer service I experienced with Fabian was unmatched. I quickly returned to Best Buy and purchased a Microsoft - Surface Laptop 4 - 13.5" Touch-Screen - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive (Latest Model) - Sandstone (had to Google it) I love it so far and am beyond grateful for my experience at Best Buy. I'll be back for my next technical gadget. Another sales rep checked me out when I returned. He mentioned something about not issuing bags for laptops and that it would cost ten cents. I didn't really like that seeing that I was a female shopping alone. You all will be happy to hear that I didn't get robbed or knocked in the the head while walking to my car with an obvious expensive electronic in my arms. That's my only con tho.

    I was in search for 2 little Bluetooth speakers and I wanted to buy them from a store. On 9/2/2020, I went on the web and after looking at different stores I decided on Best Buy. I found the speakers I wanted and the website said there were 4 at my location, it also stated I should ACT FAST. I read a majority of the good and bad reviews. I read all the question and answers. I knew what I was getting. The store is offering online shopping, delivery, curbside pickup and store pick up. Face coverings are required and a store capacity of 89. At risk hours: 10-11am on Wednesday's. I enter the store at 10:13am, I pass 2 best buy employees in between the in and out doors at a stand getting ready to put masks on. I pass another employee standing on the inside, the one who checks stuff. I go here at least every three months but I know what I'm getting and where it is. Today I did not, I move up to not block anyone's way and pull up the speaker picture from the website. There are employees in front of me, to the left and to the right. They see me, not one asks if I need assistance. I find my way to the speakers and there is only 1. I stop someone coming through and ask him about the speakers, he looks on his screen and tells me, they must be on the truck, come back after 2pm. I am also looking for other things, so I stop to ask someone where it is. She looks in the direction, points to it, and says over there in the Apple section. Really?! Over there where? I go to pay for my things, after I could not find what I was looking for in the apple section and the only bright star to my trip was Jerry at the register. He was friendly, greeted me, ask if I wanted to purchase protection plan, looked at my speaker(s) and explained pairing (I went ahead and bought another speaker, different brand). I was disappointed in Best Buy, I passed a total of 14 employees, there were more of them than customers. Most of the employees were stocking the shelves but their still bare and I'm wondering if pricing is a secret because most of the items I looked at had no visible pricing stickers. Today 9/3/2020: I returned to Best Buy, to get the speaker, that now says to ACT FAST because only 3 are available. WOW!!!!! BIG CHANGE, I entered the store at 10:02am, they have put up some crowd control stanchions in the store. There is a guy there who greets you and asks if you're looking for something, where he stands is a table with face masks and sanitizer, I don't know if it is for him or customers. I knew where I was going today, to get that speaker!! It was not there, I came across the same guy, who I found yesterday, and today he went looking in the back, he didn't find it. What a difference a day makes at Best Buy!! will we help you? will we not help you?

    I used to LOVE going to Best Buy, but I have found that they lack employees when I need help with ANYTHING!!! Today we needed help buying a Windows computer (a Dell for my Dad) and had to wait over 20 minutes to get ANY help. Finally help came and the the employee did not seem enthusiastic to give us any help. My Dad bought the computer and he also decided to buy the Microsoft Home Word, Excel program for his computer for $129.99. We got home to find the Microsoft program not in our bag. Called the store which was useless and so we jetted back to the damn store to ask where our program was. It was left sitting on the counter where the employee had left it! THANKS A LOT DUDE! Best Buy, get your act together! And you wonder why your sales are lousy and why people like us are buying our electronics ONLINE!! End of vent...

Pricing also wasn't very appealing -- everything felt inflated, which I'm guessing may be influenced by the surrounding area. What stood out the most was the lack of engagement. There were plenty of staff gathered in the back having a loud conversation, but during the roughly 10 minutes we walked around, no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. Because of the tight space, limited selection, and pricing, we ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Not a terrible experience, but not one that encouraged us to stay or return.

Great thanks, I think we could have gone over that over the phone and had it taken care of before the install. The unit wasn't installed for a couple more weeks- I was living out of coolers. Thanks home depot. So next my dishwasher died (I've lived in the unit for 25 years), this time I call Lowe's. Smart me, right? NO. They come by with the dishwasher and tell me they can't install it because the connection (water line to the unit) was too far from the install area (it's maybe 2 feet away). OK thanks Lowe's. That's when I found Smith Appliance. I told them the problem they told me "no problem". A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago.     Amazing selection of everything from electronics to toys…read more They even had some furniture. I wish I didn't buy all new appliances from Home Depot last fall. BrandsMart prices seems to be way more affordable. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely I will go back. Gift card from this store would make a nice gift for someone. Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Divine Bookman was a pleasure to work with and understood my needs. She provided the exact help and expertise I needed and my shopping experience was wonderful!
