We had to phone the BC representative and the head of the company in Ontario to complain. Joel and his crew spent an additional four days removing the newly installed shakes and relaying them with the correct technique. We ordered plywood base they used OSB. They nailed shakes into membrane only. They did not allow enough space between shakes for run off and debris build up. They left rough edges on the gable ends, no I would not recommend this company! And they were paid very well!
