Visited 3 x's, 1st was a 1.5 hour couples massage which was fantastic! Tipped generously then 2nd was also good which I took my daughter & we got a combo of body/foot & again I tipped generously but then the 3rd was ok- took daughter again & both felt the massage was too rough & hurt. I chose not to tip this round for 2 reasons; went on a gift certificate so service was prepaid (no way to add to cc payment at the end) & 2nd, is because we were not happy with the massages this go around but they expect a tip & I do so based on service received- the cashier who was also my masseuse actually demanded a tip & literally came outside behind us. I think this was greatly inappropriate. We prefer a Swedish which is what we received the 1st, 2 occasions. The establishment decor has seemed to improve on each occasion. The 3rd lacked relaxation & the icing on the cake was the demand of the tip. read more

What can I say? I continue to come here every week on my way home and Linna continues to deliver nothing short of relief with her professional expertise. Even though it is adding a bit more than an hour to my time getting back home (my drive without stops is 3 hours) it is more than well worth it. The shop is always immaculately clean and all the staff is professional and friendly. Linna is very respectful of your mood. If you want to have a conversation she is delightful but on those few times when I did not want to talk she totally respected that and kept quiet. You can have it either way! Please be very generous with your tips. Remember that while your therapist is with you they are not with anyone else, and also consider that your tip is a major percentage of their earnings. I'm retired and over 70yrs old I received a massage and it was the worst massage i ever had.The staff was not very friendly and I did not receive what I paid fore. They didn't even wipe me down before I left. The therapist did not speak or understand English. I would not recommend this place to anyone .
