Today my cats were booked into Billericay branch for flea injections at 4pm, now at 12 I have received a phone call to say they haven't got the injections available. I have been trying to make an appointment for sometime but work full time so have to fit it round my work. I booked this appointment because I have the day off. I can't get an appointment at the weekend because it isn't open. I can't get an appointment before 9.30 because although it opens at 9 "he doesn't come in until 9.30". I can't get an appoinment at 11 "because he operates then". I couldn't get an appointment at 5pm on a Tuesday "because he's finishing early". What appalling service. read more

We have been really impressed by the level of care our dog and us received when we needed them in an emergency, we went to an emergency vet in the night who was mega expensive and wanted to charge us nearly 3 times what best friends charged us when we went to them. They made sure we were fully updated at all times, and kept in contact after they sent her home. We have been to lots of vets over the years and must say that the customer service there is great and we will be moving all our pets into their care from now now. read more
