I had a good experience using this company a couple years ago to rescreen some windows which required making all new screens. They were efficient and reasonably priced. But recently I had them come out for an estimate to replace the glass in 2 windows that have condensation, and have not received the estimate, even after calling a second time to request it. I had a double pane window, 50x50, to replace from the second story of my home. Found Best Glass in YELP and called for an estimate. Sam answered and said he could drop by that afternoon to evaluate the job. He came by at four and checked the window, which was compromised by water leaking between the panes. He quoted a price that initially seemed quite high, but explained the difficulties in replacing the window. I broke my bedroom window on a Saturday night and I needed it replaced the following day. I called every single place on yelp that was "around my area" and every place was either closed on a Sunday or charged a ridiculous price for a weekend call. But not this place! I called their after-hours phone number on a Sunday at 7:30 am. The person I spoke to was very friendly. I don't know anything about windows and the person was patient enough walk me through the service call like I was 5 years old. Right before the call ended, he asked for a picture and it was then set up. Gave me a time frame and a quoted price. They came a bit late, but I understood. They had a job before me. The replacement of 1 window took about an hour. The two men that replaced my window were very nice and professional. They ended up making a small mess while transporting everything inside, but they ended up cleaning it up even after I told them, "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." They treated my house with respect, and I am very thankful for that. The price of a window replacement was $325.00. Everywhere else quoted me nearly $1000.00 for a weekend call.
