They told me around 25 mins and it was around 20 minutes! They do call out the MAKE of your car so just listen and be ready. They have chairs on the inside and outside. I think everyone was outside tho so they could hear their car. Everything was done pretty fast. Do NOT take your car here. I watched with my own eyes as one of the workers scratched the paint on my car. When I brought it to the manager's attention, not only did they deny it happened, but they also tried to gaslight me into thinking I imagined it despite the scratch being clearly fresh and visible. Edit: had to take two stars off because the urine smell returned with a vengeance after a couple days. My cats had multiple accidents in my backseat during a car ride and my car DESPERATELY needed intensive detailing. This is the first time I've had my car detailed inside and out and I'm honestly blown away at how good this place was. First, they were the ONLY place to answer my call on a Sunday afternoon. I had called about 10 other detailing places; I was just going down the line of Google results that said they were currently open. This place answered my call on the second ring and said bring it by WHENEVER, we'll get to you, no wait. They mean business 100%. Every other place I saw was charging 200+ for the extreme interior detailing I needed and they only charged $120 here. The man said it would probably be an hour and a half but it couldn't have been more than 45 minutes. I sat inside in the waiting area and watched as they did my car. They were working NONstop the whole time, every time I glanced over they were clearly putting a lot of effort into getting it clean quickly. The results were spectacular, not only was the cat pee smell completely gone but everything in and on my car gleamed in a way it never has before. I hate to leave negative comments, but this case is special. This review is not about the quality of services, not about the staff, but about the attitude of the business owner and his tyranny. Today I washed the car at this company. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. Let's start with the fact that I arrived when there was no one at the car wash (today is a slightly rainy day). I was in a great mood, but everything changed in a matter of minutes... I got out of the car and watched the following picture, as the business owner called a late employee to him with a rude shout, and then, in front of the entire team and in front of me as a client, began to swear at him, and then kicked him out of his job. The employee had no choice but to leave. Being a little shocked by what I saw, I asked first to wash the car for $20, but they explained to me that you need to choose a car wash for $35 (extra clean), since it includes a comprehensive car wash and, most importantly, a car wash - I agreed. After paying for the car wash, I waited for it to finish. When the employees finished, I pointed out the shortcomings, and we worked together with the employees to eliminate them. But the owner came up and began to say that washing carpet is not included in the sink and you need to pay an additional $5. At the same time, this was done in the form of shouts and unrestrained emotions. I told him that previously all this was included in the price and I received similar services. He continued to shout that it wasn't part of the service and pointed out that next time I would wash the car myself. I replied: "Who are you to tell me what to do?" He replied to me in the spirit that go back to your country. After that, I sent him, and he sent me. I left. I'm not coming back. But what I want to say is that this person himself is not a native of the United States, he is like many, he is immigrant, but at the same time allows himself to express racist thoughts, shout at the staff (we live in the 21st century - they are not your slaves!!!). I used to come here a lot when I used to live closer to this location. However, I picked up the habit of washing my own car and I don't come here as much. Anyway, today was an extraordinarily beautiful day and I didn't feel like spending my time washing the car so I drove my baby to this location. The price for a wash compared to a few years ago hasn't gone up much. It's $14 for a basic car wash which will get you a hand wash, vacuum clean of the interior, windows cleaned, and your tires sprayed to make them look shiny. I opted to pay the extra $10 to clean the interior. Why not? Let me splurge on my car once in a while. I came in around 5:00 pm on a Sunday so there weren't many people around. There were only two other customers waiting so they started working on my car right away. My car was done in about 15 minutes or so. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed this time around. The interior of my car was not as clean as I'd hoped to be. The area around my auto stick was full of dust. The dashboard had some areas that could use more cleaning and I don't think they actually used any dashboard cleaner. You know? One of those sprays that will make your dashboard look shiny and glossy? While I was driving, I could see the edges of my windshield had some spots that could have been more thoroughly cleaned and after I got home and parked in my garage, I checked the front bumper to see that there were some areas that could have used a little more cleaning. All in all, this place is decent. But I wouldn't pay that extra $10 to have your interior cleaned. I'd rather just spend $5 to buy an armor all spray and spend another 10 minutes doing it myself. I'm also glad I didn't opt for the extra $16 for the leather conditioner. I think I'll just do the leather myself. Will I be back? Maybe, when I'm really, really lazy to wash my own car. They're about $14 for a wash and vacuum for smaller cars and $20 for trucks. Unless you want the leather treatment which is about $20 more. But man, is it worth it. I religiously wash my baby weekly but contingent on weather. These guys are quick and efficient. Although, there may be a line of cars depending on peak hours, they still get you in and out under an hour. And that's a big estimate. Sometimes, I can get in and out as little as 25 minutes. I think an Asian family owns this place. You see the guy walking around taking care of the cars. The lady is the one that takes the money. The last time I came here was on a Sunday afternoon. I have seen this place get crowded to where the line extends to the street. It's not because it is slow, but because there are so many cars that needs to be washed. You can get your car waxed, but I think it is only done during the week, not on weekends. Like I said before, this place isn't fancy, but I have seen Porsches, Vettes, BMWs and Jags get washed here. You have a set of guys that vacuum. Then another group washes it. There is no machine that washes it. It is all done by hand. Another group dries your car and also shines the tires, to what looks something like Armor All. The waiting area is just that. There isn't someone serving you lattes. There aren't car accessories for sale. Noone is asking you to buy an air filter. This place is a no nonsense place. Get your car in and get your car out. One thing that you need to know is it is "Best Hand Car Wash." I have looked online, and everywhere, the name is "Best Hand Car Detailing." I always associate detailing as time consuming and very expensive. I don't need my car detailed. I need it washed. The exit could be a little bit confusing also. It is the only part of the car washing process here that may not go as smooth. It hasn't happened to me, but I can understand if it ever does. Basically, the cars aren't parked to dry directly where the exit is. It would be better if they made a driveway right where they park it. Go there and you will see. I went here after reading glowing reviews online. I got my car hand washed and waxed for somewhere around $35. The wait was a bit long.. not necessarily when they were actually working on my car (I'd rather they take their time), but the wait for them to GET TO my car... long line of cars before mine. I was overall pleased with the wash/wax for what I paid, so I came back again. Friday around 10:30am and the wait was even longer. I decided to get it done anyways (just a wash) since I had nothing to do, but they really need to do something about the wait times (hire more washers, or something).
