This is really one of the best salons I've been to. The only recommendation I have is to please speak English so that everyone understands what you're saying. It's so obvious at times what is being said and laughed about, after making a rude comment about somebody's nails. It's not rocket science. It's rude and makes people feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. There is one young woman in particular who is very intimidating with her eyes and rude comments when working on peoples nails and literally doesn't do what that paying customer asks, she diverts or makes it seem like it's a problem for asking to fix something or cover up a spot that's see through. Can I just say I've never left a yelp review in my life but felt the need to do this because I didn't listen after reading the yelp reviews today... SAVE YOUR MONEY/TIME! Not only were there huge cockroaches all over (we told them thinking maybe they were unaware and didn't see them.: they didn't care) the nail tech I saw literally argued with me saying I had "so much skin" around my cuticles she said "I can tell you don't wash your hands" followed by complaining 3 times my nails were too small to the point I said IS THAT A PROBLEM BECAUSE ILL GO ELSEWHERE! I have gone here for years and never had a problem but, the last time I went for a pedicure I ended up getting a wart from their tubs and tools. My podiatrist assured me it was most likely from the pedicure. Also my mother had just gotten a wart removed on her foot that she too got from a pedicure. It wasn't until after I had gone to the podiatrist I knew she got the pedicure here as well. read more

My adult, slightly disabled daughter & two of her friends went to have their nails done. It was my daughter's first time. The experience was not a good one. They all said they wouldn't go back. Owner was aggressive when they arrived. She thought they were late. They were not. One friend had artificial nails. She was happy with hers. My daughter & her friend wanted just painted with a design. Both were informed they don't do designs. What!? I'm sorry I did not go in with them. Sad for their experience. I will never go here again or recommend anyone else to. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the owner Tina did them. She waxed half of my eyebrow off. I paid AND tipped her. Got out to my car and realized what had happened. Yes, it's my fault for not looking in the mirror until I got out to the car but I had been there 100 times and never had a problem. While most people would be pissed at half an eyebrow missing I am not. I understand things happen and no one is perfect. However she didn't tell me what had happened or offer a free service. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still using a pencil. read more

Not very friendly. The last time I was in the gentleman who reshaped my acrylics made them uneven. When I tried to point out that I wasn't happy with them he just kept saying "don't worry about it". I've multiple issues with uneven color. On top of that the last time my sister and I visited together they kept making comments about how small I was in comparison to my sister and made a big deal about. I've been coming here for a few months and have never had a issue with my nails. This week I got a refill and my eyebrows done. It's been 3 days and my gel nail polish has turned brown and discolored. I went into the salon to show the owner and get them fixed. She made the comment in front of everyone "I don't trust you" . She insisted that I was lying and that I didn't come there to get my nails done. and that I can leave. I have never been spoken to like that ever. I have been here twice... first time no problem.. today I went and got a gel manicure. The gel polish was so watered down that the manicurist had to put three layers on. I was in a rush and didn't notice until I got home how bendable my nails are. Tomorrow I will get them redone to prevent them from breaking ... what a waste of money and time! read more

I use to go here until the lady that did my nails quit. I went back a few times after and they always did a sloppy job and then even once cut me with the Electric nail file and then acted like it was my fault not their person who was working on my nails . I will never go back here read more

I've been coming here periodically for my eyebrows getting waxed. Just recently I started getting my nails done and tonight I came in with a broken nail thinking it couldn't be fixed. I work two jobs (one being pharmacy) so my nails take a beating. Nancy worked on me today and took her time... even made sure she put extra coating so I don't chip them. I could not be any happier. Me and my sister went here for the first time and both got full sets done. The lady had to file my acrylic for almost 45 minutes which made my nails straight ( they should have a curve) and she made my nails lumpy and left chunks of acrylic underneath the nails. Then she made me go to another worker to finish putting on the gel color and then he made me go to another work to finish up with the drying and buffing. After getting home i realize how lumpy, straight, crooked and uneven they all were. Never again will i go back. And if you do go just be prepared that they might let you stay and wait and tell the next person it will be a 3 hour wait. read more

Went here today for a gel manicure and to have my eyebrows waxed. Went here before and everything was great. Had Tina wax my eyebrows and I know they were rushing because they were down three employees: they said one called out, one quit, and one was injured. Everyone was being patient and understood. I think she did my eyebrows in less than 2 minutes. I never saw them until I went to my car and looked in the mirror, since they usually show you with a hand mirror, but she never did. It looked like I had absolutely no eyebrows. I didn't go back in and complain because there wasn't anything I could do at that point. Had my nails done by a girl named Sunny and she was great with my nails but won't get my eyebrows done again and if I ever did you'd have to be SO specific because otherwise you'll walk out with no eyebrows. I love this place. The workers are always nice and friendly. Plus the prices aren't that bad. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done or their eyebrows. I'll drive the 30 mins to get my eyebrows done by them lol it's only $5 read more
