Awefull, worse, unethical, dishonest place of business I have ever encountered. We made deal on a travel trailer, negotiated on a price, gave them a deposit, then was given run around for many weeks when calling in to inquire about when it's supposed to arrive. Worse customer service I've experienced and I own a trucking company for 40 years and have dealt with many business' and this place is by far the worse. After many calls, they finally got back to me and they tried to raise the price from our original deal, that i gave a deposit for already. So I told them to return my deposit and I will take my business somewhere else. A deal is a deal and to try and raise the price after is just unethical. Avoid this place, word of advise. read more

If I could give minus stars I would. I cant believe what a horrible experience I received there. They are high pressure and no service. I strongly suggest you avoid them. We were told by many other people of there lack of customer service. My husband was told to get the f#!# off there property. We have almost 400 people that we talked to who were extremely unhappy with them,(warranty service almost nill). They also charged us for extended warranty that we never buy and would never receive. We were told of one person that was struck in the face. We have contacted an attorney about their unethical business practice and a possible class action suit. Our experience with them was almost fatal. When they hooked the trailer to the truck the hitch was put in upside down. This broke the hitch and sway bars, twice. They finally figured it out, but not before a trip to the Santa Cruz Hills. Our trailer bucked and swayed into the other lane. This caused a lack of control resulting in almost flipping the trailer. My husband was white knuckle all he way home. He is very experienced on his job of 30 years in driving all kinds of trailers. Their prices are low, but the things they add on are ridiculous. Don't go here, PERIOD!!! Save your time and precious money! These guys will give you broken promises and steal your money. Bought a 5th wheel here and had an issue with the hitch. They said it was in stock when we purchased the trailer, made the appointment to install it and when we brought our truck in they said it was out of stock. It was going to be 2-4 weeks. 6 weeks later...no hitch. Got the run around! Please don't go here, Zee the owner/Mgr is crook!!!! Way to Best RV....NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING THE BEST!!!! read more

Great selection to pick from. Everyone we met was great. We purchased a trailer and decided to have some items added to the trailer. They kept saying they will do this and they will do that. Sounded great.. All we can say is, just make sure you get everything in writing. No matter what. Don't sign off on anything until you verify everything is done. Once you leave there job is done. And that is how you are treated. Their follow through sucks. If you call you are pushed off from one dept to another. Follow up with emails days go by without a response. Then guess what they are forwarding our emails to someone else. Only to start all over again. A month has gone by and we are still waiting for resolution. Shoppers beware read more

This place will give you a good deal. But will not treat you good if you do not buy a $1800 warranty from them. And I believe they sold me a used one as a new one. The day I picked mine up they just had one come in just like the one I bought. I told them I wanted that one even if the price was going up $500. They said no because it had already been sold. But that was not true for they had it on the lot after I took mine home. When I got home I think I know why they didn't want to give me that one. To many things looked used on the one I took home. Typically I take negative reviews for business with a grain of salt. But the less than perfect reviews for Best RV are probably all spot on. My Fiance and I were about to purchase an RV from them this weekend. I was text messaging the salesman who helped us out the last couple of times that we were there. And I asked him for an estimate of what the total was that we would end up having to finance. I only wanted a rough estimate, I would never expect for him to be able to tell me exactly what I owe without having purchased it yet. But it took him a day to get that number to me. From the way his text messages sounded, I assumed he would just need a few minutes to figure it out, then send it right over. But apparently he didn't have time for that. I asked him for the estimate at 4:00 PM yesterday, and after me having to ask him multiple times if he had figured it out yet, he finally got the number to me today at 11:00 AM. In the meantime, My fiance and I submitted our financing application online. We fill out the application to the best of our ability, just like anyone else would. Well, I get a call from the man in the financing department today and he says that he will need pay stubs and W2s for both of us showing our income. I said that's fine, I can do that. However, I need to ask a question regarding my fiance's income. I tried to explain that my boyfriend works in construction and sometimes they have really good years, and sometimes they have really bad years. In a really good year, he can make close to $100,000 a year. However, last year he only worked 4 months out of the year so he didn't quite make what his normal salary is. But this guy in financing pretty much said that if the number that I put on the application isn't what is written on the w2, our application will be declined. The fact that my fiance has been working steadily for the past 6 months and brings home over $1,000 a week after taxes, could not and would not be considered. Overall the man in financing was kind of a jerk. He came off like he had very little respect for me and made me feel like I was an idiot. So long story short, dealing with "Best RV" left a bad taste in our mouths. About 10 minutes after speaking with the gentleman in their financing department, I filled out a loan application on my credit union's website and we got preapproved in less than 5 minutes. So this weekend we will be heading up to Sacramento to go purchase our RV from a different dealership. read more

My wife and I went to Manteca RV looking for a used motorhome. After driving (1) we made them an offer. The salesman "Roger" went inside and brought back "Bernie". I repeated the offer to Bernie and he said "Ok, lets go write it up". That's a quote. After taking our drivers licenses (so we couldn't leave) and bs-ing us for an HOUR a third sales-shmuk finally got our licenses back so we could get the hell out of there. They never did sell us the motorhome at what I offered. And we sat in the sales office for an HOUR. I don't ever want to do business with a company like that again. I accompanied a friend that was looking to purchase a new travel trailer . Management was disrespectful to staff and addressed employees in a condescending manner. Management and owners are misleading to customers and unethical as well. Anyone that chooses to do business with Best RV must pay very very close attention to what you are signing. The contract numbers on paper will probably differ from verbal discussions . Do not sign until you exam every written detail !!!! After driving hours and having found the unit wanted , we drove off the lot with a new trailer. Subsequently we found that Best RV placed an advertisement sticker on the bedroom door to hide a dime size hole in the door . Roof top vents were not installed . Toilet paper holder and wardrobe hooks were not installed. The screen door wasn't latching properly...... Window shade wasn't installed properly as it fell out of wall during first use. Etc etc. Working folks work too damn hard to be taken advantage of.....beware ! read more
