Not the best or worse hotel. It was clean. They had 1 elevator and some times it didn't work. The food was not good. Could be improved. It was pretty close to the beach. For all inclusive they do not give you water, you need to pay. read more

That in itself not a problem but it was rock hard. After 7 days my body feels bruised from sleeping on n "sement slab". Next major complaint is Absolutely no English channels on tv except for a few scattered short conversations here and there. I dont understand why they have a ton of other languages accommodated and no English. English Speaking tourist world wide make up at least 50% of Salou' s tourism and yet they give us an impression they clearly don't like us by not including at least one BBC Channel or News Channel of the States. Bring your own hair dryer as well. The one attached to wall in bathroom is absolutely useless and resembles a vacuum cleaner! Best restaurant around corner from Hotel Las Vegas is "Olivers"! Best Irish and English Breakfast and Dinners is Superb!!

What can I say; when we arrived after paying £950 for a week all inclusive we received our room key…read morean hour after we arrived. They could not find our booking in details and did not like the cover note the accommodation operator gave us. The room wasn't on a mid floor and it didn't overlook the pool as requested when we booked the holiday. It was on the top floor overlooking a nasty granny flat out the back. There was a single bed when there were 2 of us, 1 towel and one of those nasty half baths. My partner had to complain not only to reception but to the Hotel Manager in order to get a room that was suitable. I must admit the room we got given was fairly nice, 1st floor in the corner overlooking the pool area, full size bath, balcony and 2 single beds pushed together. Few problems though...the noise of the night entertainment was loud up until 12 midnight every night and if you are a light sleeper like myself, the drunks rolling in all night aren't exactly what I would call quiet. I even tried rolling towels up and putting them along the bottom of the door. As you would know this doesn't help much. The food in the restaurant was very basic, a frequent dish seemed to be spam, and it was laid out for every meal serving. The rest of the food wasn't bad, very repetitive though. The bar well you could only have the selected drinks which is to be expected being on all inclusive. Bit of a language barrier though. If you want extra ice or towels from the chambermaids you have to show them what you want. They don't speak any English what so ever. Also if you wanted your beds made by the chambermaids which they get paid to do you may have to wait up until 5pm at night. A lot of the time we would go out in the morning about 8am, come back after 3pm and find the room hadn't even been touched. By this time I had made the beds myself. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. I won't be going back to this hotel in a hurry that's for sure.

The hotel has various rooms accommodating both families and singles and almost all rooms have beach views. The buffet style food was helpful for all schedules and offered enough variety to keep us satisfied. They had local dishes but universal favorites and the chefs and restaurant staff were super helpful if you had dietary questions and concerns. The beach is gorgeous and clean! You can walk along the beach and get your feet wet or be right at the beach on bikes or running along the promenade. It is safe and fun for kids. My only hesitation is that WiFi and any business concerns have to wait until you leave. The WiFi is not fast and for iPhones you have to log in again and again so you might miss messages and chats. However the hotel gave our gang a dedicated code which helped, but it is not the spot for doing business but great for retreats and holiday type events. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and trains run every 30 minutes most days. It is only about 1 hour 45 from the Barcelona airport and a beautiful trip along the coast. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help and change things as needed. If you are looking for a great relaxing spot this secluded spot along the coast is highly recommended.

Staff were consistently rude and dismissive. My wife was publicly humiliated, and we had to clean up a wasp infestation ourselves. We submitted a formal complaint and have yet to receive a response. Our room an Imperial Suite king bed on the fifth floor, the bed was the most comfortable of our multi day holiday travels. A large bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. A mini fridge with snacks and beverages. The view of the sea, roman ruins and old town is second to none. One of the best views of Tarragona, old Taracco and the roman ampitheater anywhere. Close to everything, the beach, old town and castle are all within walking distance. Full service hotel with room service, housekeeping services, concierge, restaurant and secure controlled parking. All the personnel we encountered were very professional and courteous. We were greeted with cava and a welcome note shortly after we got to our room. 4.5 Stars rounded up for the exceptional location in Tarragona 01068
