My trash is scheduled to be picked up on Tuesdays, but rarely gets picked up until Wednesday, which I'm still okay with. But when it doesn't get picked up until Thursday or Friday, the trash is everywhere. Do not use this service. You pay in advance for the quarter and sometimes they just do not bother to pick up your trash. I still have trash not picked up from last week. The service tells me everyday it will be picked up today and it never is. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and no one is ever available and they don't call me back. They take your name and number and you never get a call back. My trash day is on Thursday. I haven't had mybtrash picked up in 6 weeks. I call every week, they always have a different excuse. Best value missing me more than they picked up and still charged me full price. I fired them two weeks before my next payment was due and hired Air Capital the same day. Now, months later they are trying to extort me for service they didn't provide and absolutely refused to pick up their barrel. I prepaid for services each quarter. For the first 6 months of 2022 they have picked up my garbage a total on one time on the contracted day. "Worker shortages"... They pick up my neighbor across the streets garbage and leave mine to sit for days/weeks. Week three has begun yesterday with NO pickups at all. Unreliable is the best thing I can say about this service. My dumpster pretty much lives at the end of my driveway. Trash piled all around it because they won't pick up. They always have an excuse. The recycling pick up was extremely undependable, and phone calls did nothing to improve it. I was told that trucks were broken down, and once a gal actually said I didn't have my bin out early enough; I put my out the night before. Further, I've left it out for days, and that still hasn't helped. After I cancelled the service -- my recycle trash hadn't been picked up for a month -- I thought they would pick up the bin then but was told that it could take up to six weeks. I loaded my recycle bin up and delivered it to them myself. Worst of all, they owe me $60 because I paid for the next quarter right before I decided to cancel. Further, an employee signed my bill noting that fact, and six weeks later, I still haven't received a check. I've called numerous times, but their employee who is responsible will not return my call. I have had to call the last few weeks, as my trash wasn't picked up. My payments are always current. I work so I'm unable to sit on hold for 15 minutes each time. With each call, I get a recording of their schedule for holidays and then after waiting forever, a new message of they have a long call volume and to call back, and click the call hangs up. They never brought out my recycle bin and I did get a credit for that. I hate the fact they throw my can down on the ground and never pick up the trash they drop in my yard. I gave this business a 1 star rating only because I could not give a 0. I have been with this company for a couple of years now and have had so many complaints I cant count them. I have called in no less then 30 times over the past year and a half, to complain about my trash not being picked up. The girls in the office are always very nice and try everything they can to help. It always seemed the driver was sick or he had worked late the day before so he couldn't do my trash day, Really,,,,,But when I started my trash day was supposed to be on Thursday, that lasted a couple of weeks, then they started to pick up on Fridays, they said it was easier on the driver. I agreed to that but again my trash didn't get picked up on that day either. So I would call the office and they would pick up on the right day for a few weeks then they would not show up again. I would call and would be reassured that it would get picked up the next day, sometimes it was, but most times it was not picked up till Monday, Sometimes on Saturdays and even once or twice on Sunday. Then a few months ago I spoke with a man on the phone that informed me that the driver had the right to change the day of pick up anytime he chose to and he did not have to tell me about it. And it was just easier for him to pick up on Mondays, Was not happy about this but since we paid for the whole year we really didn't have much choice other then to deal with it. Now this week he chose not to come pick up our trash until Tuesday, Is that now my new day? Who knows!!! We are a business and need to have reliable trash service, at the end of my pre paid service I will be going elsewhere for our service, I guess they don't need my business, and I no longer need the hassle of trying to figure out when my dumpster will be emptied. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business, So I really wonder how they are still in service, especially with all the bad reviews I have read here. I know it is cold but I pay for this to be done on a weekly basis. they deserve no stars, as this is the worst trash service in wichita!! they offered a $10 credit after not picking up trash in 3wks, and yet has every excuse as to why the trash as not been picked up. they were paid for services that were not recieved. after calling everyday for 2weeks hearing a different excuse from, the drivers has covid, his family has covid,the trucks are down on that route, we have no operable trucks, also being placed on hold with no-one to ever return to the line. the office staff (ashley) has no customer service ethics as it seems she is the only 1 working, sheis the only onbe who answers and then sounds as if she just rolled out of bed. i asked do you all have multiple trucks and drivers and she could not answer. i have cancelled my service and filed a civil suit with sedgwick county to be refunded. if they cant pick up trash when scheduled i know my refund request will take a year, which i dont have to give them to keep issuing excuses. dont use this company read more
