Stayed here while on a trip through town recently. This is one of the nicer hotels in town, its modern with good access to the area and highway. Comfortable and convenient. Front desk staff checking in and out were friendly, professional and courteous. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Nicely appointed with all the standard amenities one expects nowadays while traveling. Small seating area, with a small counter area. The king bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water for my shower in the morning. The room coffee maker made a decent cup as well. I did not have breakfast, left to early, but did grab a coffee for the roadto start and it was also a good cup of java. It's been years since I've stayed at a Best Western, and I'm delighted I have this one a try. Five solid stars because the only complaint I had was the weak coffee. The rooms are huge and well appointed, with the sitting area (I think that's standard..?). Though the sofa and chair were overly firm, the beds were plumb cozy with nice linens. Everything seems freshly remodeled, which is to say it was all clean, unstained, and un-tattered. Toiletries were simple but nice, decor was updated, and staff were lovely. The night clark even offered up a late checkout unprompted when we showed up around midnight! Breakfast, as others have mentioned, certainly exceeds expectations. Not the best I've ever had, but at this hotel's price point ($87 all told on Expedia), they've achieved champion status with the sausage, bacon, and hash browns, and the cooked-to-order eggs/burrito station (apparently they have biscuits and gravy too on alternating days!). They use fresh eggs too! Not that prepackaged nonsense. Another highlight was the fact that midnight parking was available right outside the hotel entrance, not halfway around the building like a lot of other hotels inevitably require. I usually don't stop halfway between Albuquerque and Wichita, but the Guymon Best Western has certainly made the idea more compelling. It's my newly established go-to. read more

Weary travelers arriving past midnight. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable!! But hands down the complimentary breakfast is the best I've seen so far, and we travel a LOT For my husband's job!! The made to order breakfast burritos, and the selection of other options REALLY impressed me, and I'm not even a breakfast person. Coffee was weak, but the 4 star review was given for the AWESOME breakfast, clean hallway and elevator (which really makes a difference to me) and decent sized clean room. If we're ever back in Guymon OK, I'd choose to stay here for sure!! read more

No complaints here. They gave me a complimentary upgrade which is always appreciated. Staff was fine. They actually had a sit down breakfast which is rare with all of this scamdemic nonsense going on. The lady making breakfast to order wasn't the most cheerful person on the planet but I was looking for good food and not a wife so it was ok. She was a great cook and the breakfast was lovely. Only negative was that there was no coffee...due to covid I suppose. The room was clean and comfortable and the property was fine. I got in late and was on the road before dawn so it fit my purposes ok. I'd stay here again if I am ever in the area which I suppose is unlikely. read more

The room was clean with comfy beds, working room heater, and scalding hot water. My son thought the couch was comfy enough to sleep on (my daughter took the other queen bed). The breakfast buffet was delicious, plus it had a station for egg burritos!!! The staff was nice and helpful whenever I needed their assistance. This is a pet friendly hotel that allowed by cat and dog. Also, there were plenty of places to eat nearby that are within walking distances. read more

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Guymon a couple of times within the last 3 months and I must say, everything about this establishment is top notch. The staff are very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and eager to help in any way they can. Any questions, they will readily answer and if they don't know the answer, they find out. Everyone there is exceptional. I recommend the Best Western Plus to anyone I speak with that needs these accommodations. Their breakfast each morning is hot, made fresh, and they will even cook eggs for you, however you like them cooked. Room itself was fine. Nothing fancy. Bed was pretty hard, not our preference but I know others like that. When we checked in girl working the desk was rude. When we got up to our room we discovered we had been given a 2 queen instead of the king I reserved. However, we had 2 antsy toddlers that had been in a car all day and a hungry newborn that needed fed so taking all them and our cart of bags back downstairs and waiting on them to fix this wasn't an option. We chose this hotel because it was the only one that had a pool and bar (as listed on their website). The pool was shutdown and there is no bar. We would not have stayed at this location knowing that. I reached out to management and didn't hear back for a couple days. No refund or anything offered. Watch the ol' "bait and switch" at this place. There are much nicer hotels in Guymon that this. read more

This Best Western is absolutely wonderful! Stayed the night here passing thru Guymon on our way out west. Guymon is a pleasant little community and everyone in the nearby shops was very kind and welcoming. The service was prompt and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Linens were clean, beds were comfortable, temperature was comfortable, room was quiet, and the stay was pleasant. The continental breakfast was fresh and tasty, a very typical spread. Appreciated the hot and fresh coffee in the lobby with many flavors of creamer. Pleasant waterfall fountain in the front entry. We had some car troubles while heading out and the staff was very understanding of our vehicle being in their lot while we found the help we needed getting our vehicle the parts and service needed. My traveling partner and myself were blown away by the kindness and compassion we recieved. Location is conveniently across the street from a major parts dealer so if you are on a long trip you can have peace of mind knowing that access to tools and parts is just a quick stroll across the road. Stayed at the Best Western Plus Guymon OK, 1102 North 6th Street, Guymon, OK, on the evening of 12/22/2023 approximately 5 p.m. and were housed in the building outside of the main mote in room 401. These rooms are one level and have kitchenettes. Later in the evening, approximately 8:30,as lights were being turned out, I rolled over to see a bed bug between my husband and myself's head. I'm sure the bed bug was either coming from the bedboard that was attached to the wall or from the mattress itself. The bed bug was easily noticed on the white sheet, caught, photo taken, and REPORTED to management. Another room was provided in the main building with promises there was no signs or reporting of bedbugs in this building. We were assigned room 301. I couldn't sleep, but dozed off and on until 3 a.m. when my husband and I arose, showered, and checked out. At the time of check out, approximately 4 am, the manager was aware of what happened in room 401 and said we would not be billed for the room. It was my understanding the outside building houses construction workers for weeks and cleanliness to that building is harder to maintain. FYI, although promised the room charges were waived we were charged for the night. This has been a horror of horrors to myself and my husband now believes you must beware when traveling. read more

Not bad at all! Our stay began with a visit to the front desk where a nice young person greeted us very well. She was very helpful. She remembered to tell us everything we needed to know (checkout time, breakfast time, which restaurants were still open if we needed to get dinner). We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The room was clean and had enough space for my family of five. The shower was just okay. It got the job done. The room was quiet, we never heard anyone else or the traffic outside. We had a very good nights sleep. The next morning we woke and went to breakfast. They were serving hot and ready hash browns, bacon, and sausage links. Then they had a station set up to make fresh "made to order" eggs. I ordered mine scrambled. The food was good. Certainly better than many continental breakfasts I've had were it was basically just cold cereal or eggs made from powder. Would have been five star if the pool wasn't closed. I think they were repairing things. I would certainly stay here again the next time I stop in Guymon. read more

Stayed here one night. Enjoyed our stay very much. Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was a handicap room and was plenty roomy. Room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. You get to choose how you want your eggs cooked and the they offer bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels,muffins, doughnuts, waffles, toast coffees, juices, yogurt and milk. Yummy. Do not stay here!!!! Fraudulent charges in credit card after stay. Corporate does not care. Charged $500 for a Television that occupants DID NOT damage!!! If you have no other choices &!yiu have to stay here, take pictures & videos of everything in the room when you check out. Make an employee go with you to look at the room when you check out. we did not think this hotel was at all acceptable . I have stayed at many hotels and this grade of a one is maybe the top i can give .The hotel to start with needs to be cleaned starting outside from one end to the other . We had problems with the plumbing that we had to take care of . The maids did not show up for day 2 but left a note that we had a do not disturb sign up ,that was not correct . First night there we had to change rooms because of a party going on around us . They did accommodate to a room that someone had been a smoker previously. So we did get in a room where again we had plumbing issues that they were aware of,however up to us to deal with. The people that work there are very nice and helpful read more

Wow.... This place was great. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Decor was nice. Breakfast was the best we have had in the past several days (several different hotels = roadtrip). The cook-to-order eggs were the biggest difference, also the Nutella packets :). We recently just stayed here for a night to meet up with my boyfriends parents, who live in Cache, OK. This is a nice middle point for us to be able to see them since we live in Denver, CO. The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in the 2 queen beds with kitchenettes and they were like little mini apartments away from the main building of the hotel. Next time I am going to get rooms that are in the main part of the hotel since that is where all the cool stuff is. We went to the restaurant right next to the hotel which was pretty good. Then we went to the hotel pool which is indoors and heated. Had a very relaxing time in the hot tub. They serve breakfast in the morning which everyone seemed to enjoy so that made me happy. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. And overall it was a good stay. We will absolutely be back! Someone accidentally charged me for 2 nights but the owner called me and told me she refunded me before I even had the chance to call them. So that was also very nice! Stay here. My sisters and I just spent 7 days here. The first room we had was in a detached wing and there were several bugs in it. We're sure it was due to the door being left open during cleaning. We asked to be moved inside the main building and the very accommodating staff did so IMMEDIATELY. Elena and Eric at the front desk were great. Both were very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the mini fridge and microwaves. Both came in very handy for our week long stay. We ate at the restaurant next door for both breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both. read more
