And a wood cabinet in 1 room was left undusted. I had to tell one of the ladies to re-clean a toilet seat because they missed a few spots. The kitchen was decent. The cleaners were very nice. Also make sure to specify and confirm with representative if you want a Deep Cleaning or just a Maintenance Cleaning. I would not recommend to any of my neighbors

(I didn't want to take up an hour of his time to answer the 3 or 4 questions I had). He gave me an estimate to get me and my wife a Rentista Visa and it was very reasonable. He answered all of my questions and even went so far as to give me a list of things I needed to do in order to achieve our goal. I didn't use his other services since we are retired and have no kids and I have a friend in Santiago that found us a flat to rent. I will hire him to help with taxes and finding my wife a job when the time comes. (My wife gets bored and is a work-a-holic so she insists on finding a job even though we are very comfortable) I am also considering building a house and if she agrees we will definitely have Jeremie help with that.
