I have to be honest, I loved this church, went here my whole life but never have I felt so hurt…read more There was a family picnic they have every year and I decided to go with my family and they NEVER go to church and I'm telling them "no this church is amazing, it's really good" so the one time I bring them to a event that the church is having, it's only been 5 minutes, the pastor and ministers (for security) walk up to me and I could tell something was wrong but they asked if they could pull me aside and talk about something and the only words I remember is pastor John telling me "someone is uncomfortable that you're here, and I'm going to have to ask you to leave" IM SHOCKED! It was a public park of which to my knowledge, the church has no ownership or ordinance over and I am told to leave? My family said "what?? What happened??" And of course I told them and they were mad that I actually didn't say anything. We literally just got there and within seconds we were all asked to leave. The only person I could think of is my ex, and I had my new gf with me, so is it jealously?? Immaturity?? What ever happened was YEARS AGO and we already talked about it!! My WHOLE family is so outraged because the church WHO I GREW UP WITH throws me out like that. The situation was handled so poorly and that it was a HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION for the ONE time I bring my family to show them how nice my home church was and the nice event they have and THEY ASK ME TO LEAVE A PUBLIC PARK! I'm honestly disgusted with the choices that were made today and feel like this church is choosing sides with out hearing the full/real story. I do not feel comfortable coming back to family Worship Center because it is evident you guys do not live up to that name.

The virgin mother is at its center and looks down along the path of the 14 stations. Each of the 14th stations has a bench across from it that you can sit at to ponder or pray. There are also benches around Mary's centerpiece for you to reflect on. There are other garden areas that have been upgraded as well on the property, including a memorial to all the lost souls due to abortion. This area is an amazing place to walk around, ponder, and pray. Even though the traffic is going by on the road, just several yards away it is a very peaceful preserve for all that visit.
