I had issues with State Farm while paying my premium. State Farm has no contact information and trying to reach someone to help with a problem is impossible. This agent was both unable and unwilling to assist me with my State Farm issue and told me that I had to call State Farm. State Farm seems to train their agents to push customers with issues that they have to deal with State Farm but customers have no way to reach State Farm. I getting out and away from this rip off company.
