Betsy's Quilts is a fun place to shop. The first time I went to Betsy's, my husband and I were on the way to go fishing and saw a big sign on the road advertising the shop. We decided to check it out and we were surprised at the size of the shop and the selection of fabric, patterns and notions they carry. The fabric is named brands and very good quality. Because I live in Texas I'm unable to shop there as often as I'd like, but I make my way there at least twice a year. I've told several friends about Betsy's and they have become fans too. read more

Betsy's Quilts came into being when necessity met ingenuity. Betsy wanted to be able to work, but be available for her children who were still in school. I'm lucky enough to live within 20 miles of Betsy's and around here there isn't much of anything within 20 miles. The shop has a great selection of everything and Betsy is so knowledgeable about sewing of every kind that there isn't anything she can't help with. I was sewing topsheets for a summer camp and she helped me figure the exact dimensions the fabric would need to be. When it comes to all things sewing, who needs Google, we've got Betsy!
