I explained that I never would have posted a review except receiving a solicitation from them. I do appreciate the follow-up, and the caller seemed sincere. I hope my experience will be taken to heart, so others won't be told to go home and get used to faulty lenses. After they grudgingly reseated my lenses, I wear them still. She also corrected my vision that was "up to date" or "accurate" according to the original doctor I was seeing. I was also having issues with my glasses, and the optician was incredibly helpful in figuring out alternative solutions and bringing my lenses up to date with current technology and improvements. Then two weeks later they informed me that there was a chip in my lens and I'd have to return my glasses to get them fixed. When I went in to pick them up they had a small dog that was yapping at me, which seem very unprofessional to have a dog in an eye glass place to begin with. The frames were all bowed and at that point I was done dealing with them. And to top it off they have yet to refund me my money that I paid in the beginning of over 200 dollars, and keep giving me the run around. If you value your time and money as well as mental health DO NOT SHOP for glasses here.
