I wanted a very specific cut (elongated hexagon) & all the jewelers we had talked to stated that it was pretty much either a grueling process to get the cut or just not an option at all. I was in shock that he had found the cut I wanted as well as incorporated all of the small details that we had talked about. Since it's large there's a chance of damaging the shoulders, texts, etc. My big concern is my fingers swell/shrink and I lost my last class ring from it falling off. The gentleman at Apollo advised making it larger and give it a week and see. The ring would fit right some days and almost fell off others as I suspected. When I went back to explore other routes he had a genius idea. He said he could place 2 gold beads inside the ring. It would grab the knuckle and stay secure but if my fingers swelled it would not hug the side of the ring. Been wearing it for a week and it's the absolute perfect fit. I don't feel the beads at all and wont have to worry about it falling off. Customer service was great and turn around time was very fast. A+ will be going back for my jewelry needs.
