I arrived today on Saturday about noon to find the wait was 20-30 minutes. No problem, I checked in for my time spot with the lady at the front desk. I told her I would be right back - I was going next door to wash my car and I would be back for my appointment. Why sit and wait when I could be productive? I came back exactly 13 minutes later and she said I needed to check in again. I reminded her I had already checked in 13 minutes ago. She said, no - I checked you out because you left. I reminded her that I had said, I'm going to wash my car next door at the car wash, I'll be right back. She said you left so I took you off the list. At that point the waiting room was even more full. The same people that were there waiting when I arrived were still there waiting. I was so irritated I immediately left. Why would she have done that? She was so nice when I signed up but so rude once I am a customer.
